Service is great, but the firewood quality is poor. Bought a half trk load a few weeks back, placed in my shed to be sure ir was good a dry, attempted to start a fire, but this wood will not hold a flame, even with a igniter soaked on it. Worst buy at this location.

If your not a "friend" of the people that work there you gonna get screwed over. I came in on Tuesday agreed to buy something, needed a trailer to move it, said I would be back tomorrow to get it, came back at 1130 with the trailer only to find it had been sold to one of their "friends".

I would give them more than 5 stars if it would let me. Great customer service from the time you walk in the store. Everyone is so helpful from the sales floor to the rental department to the service department. They have earned my business. I'll only be going to Lowes or Home Depot if it's for something they don't carry.

Took my Bad Boy Mower to the prattville location for the first time to be serviced and really liked dealing with Tyler very nice young fella. Service was really good . I have had my mower for years and it's a great mower I would recommend these guys

This was great, but I am having to change my rating from a 5 to a 3. The reason is that there is a manager - female - who became extremely rude when I needed to return a saw I purchased yesterday. She wanted to know if it had been used once, and I just wanted my money back. Told her the darn thing wouldn't cut she finally gave me my credit refund. I've used this store for many purchases, rather than the national chains, but that is over. Perhaps I'll be better served at another hardware company.
