Outstanding customer service!! My husband and I have shopped at Rudd's since 1981. About 4 years ago I bought some beautiful Uttermost iron sconces. In a recent move one of the globes was broken. I called the store and Amanda was able to locate my order. She called Uttermost and had the replacement globe mailed to us. Amanda called today to make sure the package had arrived.
Exceptional and professional service! Amanda has gone above and beyond to help us. It is so refreshing in this day and time. Thank you Amanda!

If you've got pets, this is the place to buy a sofa. Scratch resistant material. We've got 3 dogs and have had our sofa and love seat for 2 years. No butt sagging, tears or damage, and believe me ours get a workout. The best part, though, is the frame that keeps your butt from sagging like others we have had. Mr. Rudd is a pretty nice fellow, also. Thanks Jason

Bought a kitchen table set from there about a year ago. Unbenounced to us, it had a horrible finish on top that once you got finger prints on it, they were not coming off. I called Rudd to complain. At first they gave me the run around and told me they would have someone come look at it, when their furniture specialist came into town. That never happened. Then they asked me to stop by their store to pick up what was essentially paint thinner to try on the table. Even that didn't work. Today, the table looks awful. For as much as we paid for the table, it should not look the way it does, and they should have offered us a refund or another table. Terrible customer service. Now we shop at touch of wood. High quality products and great customer service. Don't waste your money at Rudd

I worked for Jason and Amanda in the past. They were so kind to me. They are honest people. Sell good quality furniture. My mom was sick with Cancer and Amanda treated me like her own. She gave me clothes when I didn't have anything to wear. I would do anything in the world for them. They are truly some of the best people I've ever known. I love them as much now as I did 15 years ago. Amanda made such an impression on me when I was a young girl. Showed me there is kindness and morals in the world. I can never repay them. They probably don't even know how much I love them all.

I have bought sever pieces of furniture from Rudds, Never have I had a problem with the furniture or the staff. One time I was looking for a matching piece of bedroom furniture and they didn't have in stock, instead of telling me to wait for it to be ordered, they told me where I could go to get it that day. Thank you Mr. Rudd.
