Excellent products, however their customer service WILL NOT answer and when they do they just send you to a different person.
They’ll also ignore their phone calls once they know they messed up.
Took my credit card information saying autopay would be set up, LIED TO ME and now their ‘financing site’ is rejecting registration for my to pay.
Will need to know Spanish if you go through this company as their finance company is out of Mexico and it will take you hours to get an English speaker on the phone.
I love my products but if I had known that I would have to mess with this situation At least once a week for TWO MONTHS I would’ve never bought them.

Aloha! We bought our cookware set nearly 20 years ago and still use them daily. The upfront cost of the cookware seemed high at the time, 2 decades later… well worth it! The only other wedding gift that we still have, is our kitchen aid mixer.
The customer service we have had here in Iowa has been quite pleasant and consistent with what you would expect for a company that has a solid product and warranty.

You get what you pay for when getting this cookware system.
