This boutique is very very unprofessional. They do not respond to your text or email. They are scam artist they get your money and do not send the merchandise. I’ve been waiting over a month and still I have not received a response or merchandise. I paid $160 for a demin set it’s sad but true these black owned businesses or scammers I’d rather order from fashion nova or Diva boutique at least I’ll have my merchandise is 2 to 3 days I’ll no long purchase from this business again please beware of this online boutique

Very unprofessional business: I placed an online order with this company on November 20th, 2023 and now as we are in the 4th month of December, I still have not received a tracking/shipping confirmation for my order. I truly try to give small/minority owned businesses a chance and this lack of communication and professionalism as a business owner causes reluctance to support. I sent emails and messages on their Instagram page with NO response. I will no long shop with this business again and hopefully they will use this review as a learning opportunity to provide better customer service and actually ship and provide the items that people have spent their money on. I hope at this point that they will refund me my money as I feel that I will never get my order. Please do better!

They have the absolute worst service. I ordered a shirt online and paid for it to be delivered within 3-5 days. I am in the Philadelphia area so I know it’s in the delivery zone. I waited 10 days and heard no updates so I called to see if I can go pick up the item in store. When I got there I requested a refund for the delivery fee and they would not refund me. Not only did I have to reach out to them for a status update for a product I purchased & I was suppose to receive In 3-5days (delivery included holidays and weekends) but I had to go into the store to get my product. As a courtesy or even basic business practices no one delivered me anything so I should have been refunded for the inconvenience…Then to add insult to injury I got a package from them yesterday of the shirt I ordered. I ordered the shirt early June. It is now the end of July. Y’all delivered me a package well over a month late when I already picked it up from the store. Absolutely NEVER shopping there again & don’t get me wrong businesses get busy, things happen but to not try to rectify the situation or compensate for me to have to go out of my way after patronizing this business. I have told all my family and friends not to shop here. I love to support Black Businesses but do better.

I ordered two different orders on April 17 and I emailed this business and received a reply within 48hours. Whoever emailed me was very professional and told me my items were shipped. I am still waiting for my items but I did appreciate the prompt reply and customer service. I can’t wait to leave a review when I do receive my items. So I edited this review because I received my items yesterday 4/23 and I loved everything about them. The quality is very nice. The pieces were exactly how the owner pictures look online. I literally just purchased more items because I was so impressed. This is now in my top five boutiques for shopping.

My packages were coming on time at first and they are good quality clothes but one time I didn’t receive my package and they even sent an email saying it was returned. Yet, she never resent it. The only way to contact anyone is through Instagram by leaving cmmts that she called my phone trying to check me about. Probably why she never resent my package. She’s very unprofessional I wouldn’t advise anyone to shop with her.

Some unfortunate mishaps took place with my order but the issue was resolved very professionally. I was offered a credit and also an order replacement by the owner. She was very patient and even reached out to me personally via phone. The clothes are super cute!

Walked in & immediately fell in love with everything . I planned on going to the mall for my trip to Atlanta but I found everything here .
The girls were super busy but still helped me pick out outfits . & even conversed with me & my friend Definitely a yes for me ❤️
