I wish I could rate Trussville Store lower. I think it is because I am a woman, when my husband bought furniture, no problem. 2 weeks later, when I went, it was in slow motion out the gate. The bedroom set I bought a month ago is still on the floor. They can't get the parts in, or somebody just don't give a damn... Customer service is a joke, and corporate is just as bad. They don't answer the phone,smh so don't do it. It has been a month, and furniture is still not assembled. Thousands of dollars trash, just like their customer service. They took my money and told me they were going to charge a restock fee if I returned it!!! Take ur money somewhere else.

* Pls don't ask me to send an email to customer service, done that joke already..

I have had the worst experience ever with getting furniture delivered from the company. False advertisement all day. I ordered a bedroom group that clearly stated Quick Ship 2- 3 weeks. It has been 5 weeks and now they are telling me possibly one more week because of bed rails. So please if you are looking to get furniture in a timely manner. PLEASE DON’T GO HERE!!

When I tell you Ms. Tara was such a pleasure to work with. She recommended a bed for my oldest daughter. My daughter absolutely loves it. If you shop here please ask for Ms.Tara you will not be disappointed.

I highly recommend Ian Daffin! He was an amazing help with picking out the right dining room table and such a kind guy!

As for the table I had it delivered, it costs a little extra but definitely worth it. They bring everything inside for you and set it up. So all you have to do really is clean up random stray pieces of styrofoam.

I purchased A sofa from them that was over 6000.00 . When they delivered it they did not. have the power cords that operated one of the recliners on it. I was told that they would bring the cord the next day. It has been over a year they have been contacted several times , but refuse to fix the problem or supply the part . At the same time I also purchased 2 other recliners that had missing parts , I picked the parts up in the store for these and my husband fixed them. They never returned after unloading the detective merchandise.I am highly dissatisfied , regret ever doing busness with them, and never will again. There service is substandard to say the least.
I have always done busness with better companys Blackwells, TD's, Havertys , they offer great service after the sell. I have told many of my contacts about this situation and will continue to warn others.
