We were referred to Riverchase flooring by Brookstone Restoration for an insurance claim. The scope of work included replacing damaged hardwood flooring and sanding and staining two rooms. The installation crew was great but we had some communication issues with management. We were not satisfied with the initial results, however Riverchase made an effort to address our concerns and we are satisfied with the final outcome.

Don't shop for flooring elsewhere. These guys are pros. We had some flooring put in downstairs a couple of years ago from a place in Birmingham. We paid too much and the work is sub-par. That's not the case with Riverchase Carpet and Flooring. We just re-did the whole upstairs with carpet and hardwoods and they did it right.

Jason was great guiding us through what to put through the upstairs to add value to a house in Pelham we were planning on selling soon. He asked the right questions. We have dogs and he advised us on what hardwoods were good for claws. He also walked us through the balance of pricing for a home we were planning to sell. He ended up with the perfect price formula for what we were looking to do.

Nothing in this flooring, carpet or the hardwoods, feels laid to sell the house. The job was actually so well done we're going to stay here in this house for a while longer. It looks so nice.

The floor installer, Luis, was prompt and had real attention to detail. He was very nice and respectful of the fact that I work from home and all that entails with the banging involved in tearing up the old hardwood and laying new floors. The trim between where the hardwoods and carpet are laid is top notch. We have a metal keyhole in the floor by the gas fireplace and, I'm no flooring guy, but it looks like it was a tricky cut to trim that small, circular piece of metal, but it looks fully pro.

I won't ever shop elsewhere, even when we move away from Pelham to our farm. I'll call these guys. They did a great job.

This is the BEST place to purchase carpet and flooring. The prices are excellent, and the service is outstanding. Jo Sanderson was fantastic to deal with and had excellent communication. She saw the project through to completion and paid attention to every detail. Alex and his team as the installers were second to none. I would not even consider using another company. Let me start by saying I have not purchased anything from their store. Regardless of that, Ms Diana went above and beyond to help me figure out what type of floor I have in my home, the warranty info for it, and if I need to apply sealer or polish on it.

There are very few people like her. She genuinely cared about me spending money that I didn’t need to spend and provided accurate information while knowing she has nothing to gain from the time she spends on my issues.
