Came here with my deaf daughter and my adult sister before the holiday season. The store employees were rude to my sister and the toys were WILDLY overpriced. My daughter picked up a small toy that had 3 little plastic hatchimal eggs in it and I was shocked to find out it was priced at $36 dollars. I looked online to compare pricing and found it for $9 at several major retailers. I'm okay with paying a small premium to support a local business but that's just greedy. I had the employee check the price and she said it was accurate. Grandrabbits Toy Shoppe in westminster and boulder was so much better with very nice staff, cooler toys, and reasonably priced. This place has lost my business for good.

What an amazing hidden gem of a toy store! Ton of unique toys, highly organized and clean. There were two staff members when we went and they were both incredibly helpful and very kind in helping us fine things and during the checkout process. Our new number one stop for any toys, coloring materials and especially items for flights/trips.

I was just informed of some very bad news. I suggested this store for my son who has recently been battling some difficult health issues. I had a very good friend reach out asking which toy store she should go to because she intended to bring a gift. I let her know this toy store is his favorite and we have been here multiple times as a gift to help cope with the pain. We were regulars here 6 months ago with no issue. She informed me the staff there were incredibly rude today with no one else in the store, and treated her like she didn’t belong because they were close to closing. I will not return, and shame on the staff tonight knowing my little boy will not be accepting a gift tonight. After seeing the most recent reviews, this place won’t be around for much longer.

I just discovered this toy store and had such a sweet experience at the toy shop! The staff's kindness stood out, and they even provided complimentary wrapping, adding a thoughtful touch to my purchase. Highly recommend and plan to come back for any future gifts for my nieces and nephew!

The women working here made me feel wildly uncomfortable. My friend’s son was just diagnosed with cancer and I was trying to grab something quickly before heading to the hospital after getting off work. They immediately told me they closed in ten minutes when I walked in and I said I knew and would be out before they closed. They asked me if I needed anything in a “get out” way more than actually asking. I was so uncomfortable and felt guilty for being in there so I didn’t end up buying anything and left within 5 minutes of entering. If you don’t want to work with people I’m unsure why you’re working at a children’s toy store. Would not recommend this store.

Nice selection of toys, but I’m agitated that I got ran out of the store at 5:58pm because they close at 6pm. Still browsing with an armful of overpriced toys, the cashier comes up to me and starts trying to take stuff out of my hands so she can “start checking me out“ while I’m trying to pick my last item (which I didn’t end up getting). I understand you want to close on time but 6pm is very early during holiday season and this is no way to treat a repeat customer in your store.

Shop here! If you are over 40 you will find this store nostalgic. Unique toys that you just don't see at other retailers. I found the prices to be on the high side, but everything we purchased for our grandchildren for Christmas was such high quality that the price didn't cause me to look for it elsewhere like online resellers. Best of all our grandchildren were busy playing with their first gift from Razzle Toys that they kind of forgot there were other gifts to open. Lots of wonderful and unique stocking stuffer and birthday party grab bag items too. Just love spending an hour or more at Razzle. Wonderful staff, knowledgeable in all they have for sale and they'll even wrap your purchase if it's a gift!
