So glad this store came across my social feed! Donna was so sweet, helpful and fun to shop with. I went in looking for gifts (found a perfect clutch) and found myself a beautiful, semi-vintage blazer and fell in love with a pair of shoes. Couldn't stop thinking about the shoes, and came back two days later to purchase! Very reasonable pricing for consigned luxury items. The selection was GREAT. Many beautiful, beautiful pieces. I almost hate to Google review because I'd selfishly love to keep Rachelle to myself, but had to give five stars! Can't wait to go back!

This place is FABULOUS! Shelly and her team are incredible, their inventory is always changing and this truly a place to find a gem! Her items are in excellent condition and the prices are amazing! The team can help you build a wardrobe or find that one special item for yourself or as gift!

Don’t come here without your pearls!

My friend and I went in today looking for a nice dress for my engagement photoshoot wearing (oh my!) jeans and sporty jackets. The sales associate looked us up and down with a scowl and told me they have a NO MASK mandate and I’d have to take my paper mask off immediately or leave the store. I told her I was recently exposed to Covid, did she really want me to do that? She glared at me and said, “what, are you not vaccinated? It’s a township police order that you can’t wear masks in stores.” I have never felt so degraded by a perfect stranger and it was clear that we were just not welcome, mask or not. And… just look at the other one star reviews here for the proof!

If the owner intends to respond to this, I urge you to cite your sources on this mandate as I see nothing of the sort online. And if you really don’t want people to wear masks, that’s fine, but you can say it in a way that still leaves people feeling like human beings. I make more money than you do on a sales floor sorting sweaters, I can assure you. I hope you go out of business for being so discriminatory.

Me and my friend walked into the store not realizing that it was high end luxury consignment. Donna was very nice and explained what the store was, we quickly realized the stuff was out of our price ranges but we still walked around and admired the pieces in the store. The other sales associate, Jermey, was giving rude looks the whole time and as soon as I stepped out of the store my friend could hear him talking about me and him infront of him. He also stared us down like we were going to steal something. He was unhelpful and rude.

I was a patron of this store for a number of years before moving out of state. I covet some fun finds I've picked up here still hanging in my closet. Having returned to the area, I popped in with some items to consign. I was abruptly stopped in the doorway by the sales associate, critically looked up and down, told I need an appointment & firmly told "we only take the most high end items, by the way. I can glance at your things but just know that." After a brief exchange where I asked some questions, I was left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome; so I left with a long, condescending "soooorrrrrry about that" from the associate. By the way, I'm returning to the area having worked in Manhattan for Michael Kors himself among other fashion power houses. So, if you want to know what to expect on the runway next season, I can give you the inside scoop, but I most certainly won't be shopping (or consigning) at your store ever again.

I love going to this store. There are so many treasures to choose from and the inventory changes constantly. The owner has established many relationships with fashionistas throughout the country so the styles and designers are an interesting mix- all very high quality and beautifully displayed. I get the best price for my consignments as well. The sales people are knowledgeable and helpful. This is one of the few bricks and mortar stores I shop at anymore. Definitely worth my visits.

My wife and I stopped in Rachelle Boutique just to look around and see what was offered, and stumbled across the most knowledgeable and welcoming person in Jeremy. He took his time and explained everything and anything Rachelle offered. Although we didn't purchase that day, guaranteed we WILL be back to make several purchase just because of Jeremy and his hospitality.

NO STARS!! I visited the store this morning and immediately found two dresses I attempted to hand to the sales clerk to try on. She asked if I had a budget. I said, Well don’t we all! She told me how expensive they were. I replied, “So, I shouldn’t even look”?!? She said, No, you don’t understand they are really, really, high end.
I turned and walked out.
She chased me down the street to tell me again, I didn’t understand. She wasn’t trying to insult me, honestly! I told her I had purchased items from the store several times and I would HONESTLY, NEVER come back!!
This stupid sales clerk has made me feel so bad. I know she’s not with it. So, save yourself & don’t shop here!
