I've waited awhile to write a review because it's been difficult to put into words how kind, genuine, and truly gifted Pamela Ptak is. I called her the day before I was going to pick up my wedding gown. It was a sample gown because my (now) husband and I just decided to elope. She immediately made time for me the next day to bring the gown directly from the store to our first fitting. During the first fitting, Pamela not only made me feel comfortable, but took into account our shortened timeframe to complete the dress and alterations that would make my dress look amazing on my wedding day. After our first fitting we had a few more fittings and she also taught me poses to prepare for the photographer and made sure I was comfortable lifting the skirt of my dress because I wouldn't have anyone there to bustle it. Pamela was creative, thorough, and I felt so confident in my gown on my wedding day because it fit me like a glove. I also had to take my gown to the Grand Canyon, so we talked about ways I could travel with it on planes. I had the absolute best experience getting to work with her!

Pam is amazing!! She’s so sweet and pays close attention to detail, and was able to make a beautiful dress for my cousins Nigerian wedding with only a few weeks notice. She’s so great to work with and considers the little things that make the biggest difference in how a dress feels when it’s being worn. She has a lovely home where we did the consultation and all the fittings in her work space downstairs. It was such a fun time, I will be back for my next dress! I recommend Pam for any custom dress/sewing alteration needs.

I’ve had stunning custom made shirts with varied fabrics and patterns made. I was so happy with the first design, I now have 30 individual shirts with different design fabrics. I get constant compliments on the shirts when I am at events or in public. Super pleased with the results, and I will continue to order more.

The most amazing experience Ms. Ptak is amazing and helpful and just a joy to deal with. If you ever need an outfit designed or an older outfit restored she is the person to call hands down. Make sure if you ever need anything clothing wise done, you reach out to her.

Pamala has been able to create a hernia belt that has taken the ingenuity of a engineer and the patience of a true professional and compassion to even take on this task that no one else would.
It has literally saved his back and legs from not only intense pain but immobility.
