The folks at ProSource were fantastic to work with from beginning to end. We ended a floor roughly 1/3 or a tile short (12"x24" tiles) and I called them to see if I could purchase the sample they had on hand. The lady went and found it, and kept it for me. When I showed up, it was given to me for free and they would not let me pay for it. What customer service. I will be back and I will tell everyone I know how wonderful they are. Thank you ProSource!

Ryan West was the kind of salesman who prided himself on going the extra mile. So, when he offered to bring flooring samples directly to our house, we readily agreed. He arrived in his signature rusty Jeep, which looked as though it had seen better days but had somehow managed to survive them all.

Ryan stepped out, beaming, with a large case of samples in hand. As he walked up our driveway, he hit an uneven patch of pavement and stumbled. In a desperate attempt to regain his balance, he flailed and tumbled backward, crashing into his Jeep. The sound of his collision was followed by a series of unsettling creaks and groans from the old vehicle.

Ryan scrambled to his feet, brushing himself off with an embarrassed laugh. "I’m okay!" he announced, trying to downplay the mishap. He turned to check on his Jeep, only to find that it was now leaning precariously to one side, its front bumper almost touching the ground. A thick wisp of smoke began to curl up from the engine.

"Uh-oh," Ryan muttered, more to himself than to us. He tried turning the ignition, but the Jeep only sputtered weakly before falling silent. The engine had finally given up the ghost.

Despite the mechanical disaster, Ryan maintained his composure. He opened his case and laid out the flooring samples with the same enthusiasm as if nothing had happened. We couldn't help but admire his dedication and his ability to focus on the task at hand, even as his vehicle seemed to disintegrate behind him.

After we'd made our selection, Ryan called for a tow truck, handling the situation with remarkable poise. As the tow truck hauled away what was left of his Jeep, he turned to us with a smile. "Well, at least your new floors will look great," he said with a wink.

Ryan's day had taken an unexpected turn, but his unflappable attitude left a lasting impression. It wasn’t just the quality of the flooring samples that convinced us to buy—it was Ryan’s unwavering commitment and good humor in the face of adversity.
