Went to PSI to purchase a business card case. In looking around the store, they APPEARED to not have any, but the two employees seemed too busy to even ask me if I needed help. Buy local? Really. Just ordered from Amazon. Ridiculous!

I ended up spending $700 on 150 wedding invites.

I went in to order and was told to find a template on Etsy, fill it out, and send it to them. I did and sent it over, the person in charge of design looked it over and said it looked great. I had to buy my own card stock for the back at hobby lobby, the last of their stock in the color I wanted. I get my invitations and there is a typo. A bad one, that is easily noticed. I told them and they would not reprint. I know I am the one that typed it, but I had wanted to buy straight from them and they had me get the template. I am not the professional in this situation. It was approved by their people, who didn’t catch it. When I talked to the owner he refused to issue a refund or even take any money off the reprint. I had to buy my invites all over again and didn’t get to used the colored card stock at all because it had all been used the first time. I will never use this place again. The owner was incredibly rude. He basically said he wouldn’t refund or reprint on principle. My wedding invites barely made it in time as a result and some people didn’t have time to plan.

Misquoted and charged double what I was told I’d pay.
Went in to get double sided copies. After being told they’d charge me just to crop my image to make it fill the page, I had them make just copies of my existing document. I was quoted $0.54 cents per copy. At checkout, she said “So it’s actually $0.54 cents for one side. So it’s $1.08 for two side” AFTER the prints were already done, doubling my costs. I was not thrilled. Asked for a refund because the print quality was sub-par for that price, and did get it, thought my would have been $5 short had I not pointed out their miscounting.
I felt very unimportant and felt Cheyenne was less than interested in my business during my visit, even before being misquoted.
Simply not the way to do business.

The most helpful printing service I've ever worked with! We had a fairly insignificant error with printed announcements... They went above and beyond to make it right! The friendliest staff that just make you feel at home. Highly recommend!

She can cater to every step of the wedding planning process, both with her fabulous stationery, but also with her extensive knowledge and passion for weddings and brides! However, it is not all about weddings, because she can also print beautiful personal stationery, programs, business cards, and so much more.
