I purchased a beautiful product from the company and they did not disappoint on the quality and craftsmanship.

However, when the item arrived they put the wrong colored bolts on the sign that holds it together. I immediately contacted the company and they were quick to reply and acknowledge they made a mistake. They said they would ship me out the new bolts and I was hesitant from that email on. I conveyed my concern and asked for advice because I was concerned about scratching my brand new sign when changing out the bolts. I changed the bolts myself and did in fact scratch the paint off the bolts. I was pretty upset that my brand new sign was now slightly damaged because of a mistake they had made.

UPDATE:
After seeing what I had done to my sign, the company took it upon themselves and reached out to me. They immediately sent me a shipping label to return my product to them at no cost to me. They communicate with me the entire time and fixed my sign within a couple days and sent it right back to me.

As I mentioned before, the sign itself was amazing, totally worth the price. Now, you throw in good communication and great customer service; this is a company I will refer to my friends and go back and purchase even more signage from them. Thank you!

When I received my metal signs I was impressed with the quality. For the price I was expecting middle of the road quality. Although the signs I received are very high quality and easy to customize. It appears I paid much more for these than I did. The shipping company had some issues but Kathy was quick to respond and assist. You cannot ask for better customer service. If you are debating between these and another, I would definitely pick Premier Metal Art.
