Do not order from this store. I was sent the wrong item and they refuse to communicate or fix my order. I used the contact option on their website, emailed them, and left a voicemail. All of my attempts at contacting them were ignored. Mistakes happen and I wouldn’t have cared if they just refunded me or sent me the correct item, but instead they refuse to even email/call me back and acknowledge that they messed up. After reading the other reviews, I guess this is a habit of theirs. The item I got seemed pretty popular as it said there were only a few left, it seems they scammed me and gave me something that wasn’t selling as well instead. Horrible customer service and super shady.

Zero stars should be on option. I placed an order online on February 10th, and I never received it. I tried contacting the owner, but was met with hostility. This has been a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend ordering from them unless they improve their reliability and customer support.

They do not ship out orders. Ordered something on the 3rd. Received a tracking that states that only a label has been created. I emailed them 7 days later since it was just stuck on that process and they kept telling me it’s been shipped. I can clearly see on the tracking that they haven’t sent it out but I waited another 5 days and it STILL hasn’t moved. Sent them an email for a refund and I suppose the “owner” sent back a snarky email how they did ship it and will ensure her workers send out a new batch. She also stated that I can keep the original order and new order once I receive it. Fortunately they refunded me. Still never received original order or “new” one.

Note to owner: either you’re lying or get a new set of workers that actually ship out items. Your business suck. I will definitely spread awareness to people about this.

Two weeks later , still never received my order - only thing done was a pre shipment label created- but items never shipped out - do not order online from this store , you’ll never get your order . I emailed the company- no response- had to do a chargeback on my card to get immediately refunded.

I was so excited to find some Mahjong tiles for 25% off online so went ahead and ordered the Oh My Mahjong tiles from this store in AL, rather than directly from the company. It took over a month for the tiles to arrive. I was in communication with the store and they initially forgot to put the shipping label on when the package first went to the post office..The second time, they forgot to remove the old shipping label, so the package was returned to the store a second time. The third time, a week after my last communication, the tiles finally reached me in KY. Hannah, at the store, said she would credit me for 25% of the purchase, which was never done. Also, some instructional cards were supposed to be included and were not. I did reach out asking for those. I was told they would be sent and they never were. All in all, I did get some adorable mahjong tiles, but it was a month later and a lot of follow-up on my part. Also, the follow-up was not as promised.

Went in to Daphne all the way from North Carolina just to see the store for myself - and boy was it worth the trip!! Friendly service, amazing selection, and incredible ambiance. I can’t wait to go back! 💗

Oh man, does my daughter love this store. It's like her heaven on earth. Staff is so positive and helpful. We've used them for party balloons and they did an incredible job. Also just an amazing spot to pop in with my daughter for a little treat to brighten her day. This place is a great addition to the Eastern Shore.
