So there was some good. Some bad was in Esterville for work and had to go home. And the tire was flat when I got 2 or shop.
I had to drive it back to estherville on a donut and didn't want to drive back home on a donut. So I called up there, and on the phone, the call was very "blah" talking like he didn't care if I went there. Had a TPMS sensor put in as that is what broke on me to have a flat back in Iowa otw to our shop. Just gave them the box that they came in. And they threw the box away. That still had 3 in it because they didn't look. And charge me $20 instead of $15 of what they told me, but I had them double-check the tire, inside and out. As i didnt bring a tire chager with. so I wasn't worried about paying the extra $5.
And made it back to iowa, no problems.

Excellent service and very timely. Got me back on the road first thing Monday AM after a weekend puncture that destroyed my sidewall. I had a full load on the pickup and they handled it with ease. Lori always thoroughly reviews the details of my service and lets me know if immediate repairs are needed or if any will be needed in the near future. She understands needing to work with my budget. She was out for the day. I was just handed the invoice and my keys and given a receipt as the clerk was talking to someone else on the phone. Lori is valued by her customers.

Lori has retired😢 but Mark provided me with prompt service when my engine light came on last week. Got me in immediately and scanned it himself. Had an oil change yesterday and told him there was no hurry, I would return at the end of the day. Even though their calendar was full, I received a call 2 hours later that it was finished. It appears that my vehicle received a thorough check up and tires are necessary. Mark gave me options and was tolerant when I was difficult and insisted on only buying American made - nothing imported! He was going to order tires and I should be rolling with safe tread next week! No complaints and I highly recommend placing your trust here.

3/11/25 - Mark took care of me again! When replacing tires it was noted that ball joints needed replaced. I didn't have a ride to drop it off but a staff picked up and returned my vehicle with repairs complete in less than 3 hours. I appreciate the preventative maintenance so I never break down on the road. Pomps kept another vehicle of mine on the road for 17 years without a break down. If not for the excessive rust issue they would probably still have it running smoothly!
