Muy mal servicio nunca me había pasado , pero hay personal nuevo y tratan súper mal a las personas , vas a comprar y en sima te ponen a ordenar todas las cosas se supone que para eso hay personal , aparte de eso llevamos dos bebes que andaban dormidos en sus cochos y los trataron súper mal , tengo tiempos comprando aquí y siempre fue bueno y ahora fue muy mala experiencia

EXTREMELY RUDE & UNPROFFESIONAL! The male cashier pictured did not say one word to me as I approached the register and began to check out. I made two purchases and he forgot to add my discount which I mentioned multiple times for BOTH PURCHASES. Never once apologized or even acknowledged my existence, let alone his multiple errors. I had to come back into the store immediately after realizing I was overcharged for the adjustment. The presumed manager did the adjustment after initially appearing annoyed at the inconvenience and the fact that I was back in the store 😩She did try to be apologetic. Also girly with the glasses was having an EXTREMELY inappropriate conversation with another associate while I was within earshot in the fitting room. About sugar daddys and her, we’ll call it “dating life”. I was totally uncomfortable the entire time. Associates here should be 100% more mindful of their behavior and polite to ALL guests.

Dont bother coming here.. Brought in some clothes to sell and they were not happy at all to see me with work to be done. It was 2pm and all the employees were miserable/rude. Brought everything organized, neatly folded and bagged. When they were done with them, all the clothes were just thrown in a bin and all the bags torn with missing clothes that aren't accounted for

Don’t go here! I went here to get rid of some of my clothing that I didn’t have a use for while I was waiting I was looking at some clothing in the store and I found multiple items with huge holes and tons of clothes with stains.And when I went to pick up my clothes they didn’t want to make a offer. These clothes had been never worn and were brand new don’t go here you will waste your time!!!

I’ve been to over 20 different Plato’s Closets across the nation and this one is by far the best priced (as it should be for 2nd hand!). It was pretty small so hopefully it will expand some day.
