The old men who work there are rude as hell. Told my husband even if we get our RV there if he sees it’s a “junker” or even thinks it is he’s towing it which is ILLEGAL and we would sue immediately if that was the case because in the contract it would be you guys would HOLD IT because you’re a storage unit so it’s to HOLD our RV until we we’re gonna go traveling in it. Then we went in there to look at the space and the old geezer was rude and said you need to go through the other way with a code well we had no code obviously we were just looking. Don’t ever use these people unless you want to worry about getting towed for “being there too long” or “looks like junk” can’t say enough horrible things about these people. At least the lady there is decent and has a brain knows how to treat people.

Literally never answer the phone. I can't ask questions unless I go in and hope and pray someone is in the office. Phone line may as well me taken out, all it's used for is collecting money instead of helping the customers

Pitzer Thrift Storage People are the Best!!! The rent for My 8'×10' unit was 10.00 $ a month(tax etc. included).In Council Bluffs,IA My rent for same size Unit started at 35.00$ then 45.00$ w/deposit.
Mr. & Mrs. Pitzer are excellent People!!! 5 Stars!!!
