We called set appointment to get pet groomed told them the type of dog and weight
Took pet in to get groomed nothing was said about difference when seen
They said we never called to set an appointment
When picking up our dog with final bill being $20 more part of their up charge they claim they quoted us a medium dog and ours was large
We told them type of dog and weight in advance
Grooming was ok didn’t like a$20 up charge making the final Price $90 when original estimate $70

We have been going to petco's here in Bartlesville for quite some time now, and we've never had anything like this ever happen. What I'm about to say is not the first time that we've had an issue, however there is a gentleman by the name of Dwayne who works usually at the front desk cashier. The last two times that we have been there he has been very rude, and he acts like that he doesn't want our business. The first time this happened we had to exchange an item for our cat of something of an item that fit her better. He acted like this was a complete insult to him as well as a complete hassle. Today on October 3rd 2024 we went into petco's for some medication for our loving pet, and he was rolling his eyes when we got up to the counter he asked for our phone number as we are registered on an account we told him our phone number and he didn't quite hear us the first time and then got very flustrated, and hateful. That is a complete disrespect specially after we have been there and we have spent a lot of money in this establishment. We can't understand why he has been such a problem and it seems to be only with us. Prior to this about 3 months ago my husband was in there we were shopping and he had to go to the restroom, so he was followed around by Dwayne, after he came out of the restroom. That is form of stalking when all my husband was doing was using the facilities. We have money we are not poor you can look at me, and my husband to tell. We don't appreciate this kind of behavior from this gentleman Dwayne. Prior to all of this concern we have never had any issues shopping in the store. It is a concern to us as to why we're having a problem now. I would highly suggest that the store manager whoever that may be takes a better look at his employees before he starts losing a lot of business.

The grooming depart person was rude so was the manger and assistant manager told me I could go back to PetSmart. Upcharged me because I had a husky that weighed 49.lb I advise she is medium dog per your website since she does not weigh 50lbs. Total cost should have been 68$ and they charged me 86$ . She was still very wet when I got her and shedding more then before I told her in. They need new manager, assistant manager and a new people in the grooming department. They can't keep people there and I see why now. Worst experience I have had with any groomer or store.

Dewayne used to be nice. But has been very rude the last times been in there so don't go in much anymore. Their prices are higher than anywhere else too. It is a shame as buy a lot of dog items but now choose to go somewhere else.

Clean store, easy access, plenty of parking. Staff were helpful, the store had plenty to choose from. There was a wide range of item's and a wide range from fish to cats available. They also have pet groming services in house. Pet toys, treats, bedding, shampoos and grooming aids. Overall a nice store.

Always awesome and nice experience from the staff. Very helpful and give genuine advice. I love to visit and shop from this store.
