Owner (Karen) is a condescending liar. She is rude to her customers and does not keep her word. The sewing on the dress we had her fix was very unprofessional and not up to par with what she said she could do. If I could do 0 stars I would.

I found my dream dress here! It was special for me because this is the same dress shop my sister-in-law found her dress! I had gone to different dress shops before Glitz Bridal/ David’s Bridal... I found pressure to buy a dress at those places or to be sold on a credit card. I had a overall great experience here !!

I had a wonderful time shopping here. It was my first time shopping for a wedding dress and I didn't know what to expect. Susanne was so friendly and helpful and put me at ease. The collection was varied without being overwhelming, and it was all high quality. Highly recommend!

Best place to find you dream dress! I couldn't have made a better decision. I set up an appointment and when I arrived, the suite was set up and the assistants were there ready to go. I was never left without a staff member the entire time. I had already given them style numbers that I liked and they had several dresses that were very similar pulled and ready for me to try on. Karen was very sweet and very good about giving me her honest opinion. She gave us a lot of information about each dress and NEVER went over budget. She was friendly and cordial to all my family and friends that came. This was the first place I went to find a dress, and I walked out with it! Overall, they were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing!

So glad I got my dress here! Karen is awesome and will get the job done! She makes the whole experience very personal and makes sure you get everything you want in a dress! She has an amazing eye for colors, details and the whole picture! I could definitely tell she deeply cares about what she does and making a bride feel absolutely beautiful! I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better experience! I can’t wait to take my bridesmaids!

I had the most wonderful experience here. After. Going to countless shops to find a wedding dress, and feeling in the way and pushed towards dresses I was not interested in, we stumbled upon petals and lace. Karen was AMAZING! I am a slightly bigger girl, so I knew going into this task it would be hard to find dresses in my size to try on ad most places didn't have above a size 10 in Stock. Not only did they have over 600 dresses in house by plenty in sizes well over what I needed. We didn't have an appointment as we found it just driving by but we're still helped promptly and treated like we were royalty. Let me tell you, Karen knows her stuff! I wasn't sure what I wanted exactly, but Karen listened to the few things I was looking for in a dress and kept that in mind as well as using her obvious knowledge to pick me out dresses that Complimented my figure and fit perfectly. She kept bringing me dresses that I never would have picked off the rack and every time supposed me that she knew what looked good on me better than I did! I ended up finding the perfect dress that I never would've even tried on had she not helped. The whole process was so amazing, I couldn't believe finding a wedding dress could be so easy and affordable. I was so happy with the service and price that I ended up ordering my bridesmaids dresses through her also. This was also a great experience, her assistant was great in helping us find the perfect bridesmaids dresses while Karen was nearby if we had any questions while looking through the books and even offered to videochat with a bridesmaid of mine that lived out if state to make sure everything fit and was perfect. I would recommend anyone and anyone to go to petals and lace and talk to Karen, and i promise you will not be disappointed!
