I came in to buy my senior year prom dress. I’ve never been inside an actual store before so I was nervous about how this was going to work. As a girl who is 5’10 and on the bigger size I was worried about if they would have dresses that fit me. They definitely had some size inclusive dresses which I was so happy about!! I only came in knowing what colors I didn’t want, other than that I was basically clueless. The staff was so so SO nice the entire time and SO helpful. I definitely found my perfect dress!! Made me feel like an absolute princess!

Everyone was so welcoming and inviting. We went to a few other shops before we stopped here. This place by far had the best costumer service. This was our first time shopping for a dress for my daughter. So we felt a little overwhelmed. Especially with the parking lot being full everywhere we went. I was expecting to do what we had done at every other place. Look, try on, and leave without anyones help except for the dressing room. Abby was so welcoming and actually asked my daughter questions on what she was looking for and took the time to pull dresses for her try to on. My daughter also had picked a couple herself too. She ended up picking one that Abby had pulled for her. We definitely will be recommending them. ❤️

This was our first experience shopping for a wedding dress and it was nothing short of amazing. The ladies in the shop were welcoming and helpful, and they went above and beyond to help us find dress options that were modest and vintage. They recommended adding sleeves to some of the dresses she tried on, and they gave us a tailoring card with many options of tailors in the area. Unfortunately, we didn't find exactly what my daughter was looking for, but we recommend this shop to anyone.

Gorgeous dresses however I told staff my budget and that I was having a beach wedding! Too shorten train and alterations would have cost $200. Plus dress in pic with Late loved, but when saw price plus alterations dress would end up costing me more than ceremony. The do have lay away, but once you put deposit done NO REFUNDS! I ended up going to David's Bridal I got $1200 for $595 better selection. My dress was end of season so a lot cheaper.

I had the BEST experience shopping for my wedding dress today at Perfect Dress of Rome!! Robin was my bridal consultant and she was AMAZING! She listened to what I liked/wanted and made me feel comfortable during the whole process! This was my first bridal store that I went to and honestly didn’t expect to find my dress at the first place I went to. However, I found THE ONE within an hour and half! She heard what I liked and made it happen! I don’t even need alterations!! I could not have asked for a better experience. I cannot wait to wear my dress!! I HIGHLY recommend Perfect Dress of Rome to any bride!! Ask for Robin!! You will not be disappointed! ❤️
