I stopped by and cked them out and they seemed friendly. Well when I gave them some work they took huge advantage of me. They said the would charge me a $60 fee to look at my stove and if it didn't need much that would cover the labor but parts would be more. They installed a $17.25 part and charged me $74.99 for it. All said and done I left with a total bill of $176.54. By the way the diagnose and repair took 15 min. I used to worry about auto repairs well move over there is a new crook in town.

Had an issue with a hinge on our oven door. Called Peoples and they said it will be Monday that the service tech would call me around 10 and give me a time frame when he could be here. Brandon called at 10:10, gave me a time, actually got here a bit early. Did a great job, fixed the oven door. Very professional and courteous. Will definitely go to these guys in the future!

I've been using people's appliance for as long as I can remember back when they used to be called people's TV and appliance. The service there is always been awesome. The price has been competitive. The repair service when needed was top notch. I've got nothing but good to say about these guys.

Supporting local and buying American made products has always been important to my husband and I so when we needed to purchase all new appliances for our rental home we knew Peoples Appliance was the place to go. We talked to Spencer about what we were looking for and the was able to accommodate everything we needed at a great price! I will absolutely never buy another appliance from a big box store again! Quick and easy installation with an explanation on how to use every piece we purchased. Knowing that if we have any issues all we have to do is make a call and someone from our community will service the appliance is so reassuring!

Purchased Whirlpool Gas Stove, Microwave and Refrigerator to replace our older appliances. Ryan was knowledgeable and extremely patient and helpful with all my questions.
Spencer and Bob arrived at the designated time for installation. They were curteous, polite, and were expert at installing all appliances. They showed my husband and I on the operation of each appliance, apologized for any mess, and quickly cleaned behind themselves.
All boxes and packaging were removed after setting everything up.
Will definitely purchase from Peoples Appliance again without hesitation. We highly recommend them AAAAA++++ Rating

Called to check availability, they had the item I wanted. Spoke with Adam, gave him my name and told him I would make the trip and to put my name on it. He said "Okay." I was there earlier than I told Adam I would be there. Cash or check sale only so I couldn't put money down on it over the phone. Drove all the way there and said it was sold to someone else. Not even an apology, just a blank stare.

The minute you walk through the door, you are welcomed with a smile and an offer of helping you find what you are looking for. I especially like that it has been a family owned business for several decades which tells me why People's Appliance's customer service is second to none. I had some questions about a washer yesterday and spoke to the owner, a nice young man by the name of Adam Morris. He did some research and testing and when I came back today he had the answers for me and even helped me back to my car! I will pass on the good word and will continue to doy business there for a very long time!!
