She has a keen eye for styling her customers. Alona pulls together beautiful products that result in outfits that I would never consider myself. I have received so many compliments on the items I have purchased from Pecado. Alona ranks high in customer service and tailoring her products to meet the needs of consumers. I appreciate the flexibility and creativity that she offers.

Absolutely adore this store! The clothing is a perfect blend of uniqueness and classic style. Alona was incredibly helpful and patient with me during my visit. I had come in to update my wardrobe and add a few essential pieces. Alona was able to assist me in finding the items and then adjusted her suggestions based on my style and the challenges I face as a 6ft tall individual. They even had pants that were long enough for my inseam without the need for tailoring. I truly had a wonderful experience and feel more confident in my style thanks to Alona’s expertise.

Spending time at PEcado in Petoskey was an exceptional shopping experience. I was looking for two specific items: 1) a new handbag and 2) a uniquely designed mini pouch to fit an iPhone.

For the handbag, I found a style I loved, but the available color wasn’t exactly what I had in mind. Alona suggested creating a custom piece in any color and texture I desired. That started a collaborative process that was so enjoyable! Alona listened to my preferences and offered thoughtful suggestions that aligned perfectly with my taste. The bag is nearly complete, and I can’t wait to receive it.

For the mini pouch, I was equally impressed with Alona’s approach. She asked insightful questions to fully understand my needs, making sure every detail was accounted for. Her attention to detail and commitment to checking in throughout the process gave me full confidence that the final product will be exactly what I envision and need.
