my experience in this establishment was a 0/10. i want to start off by saying i’m and not skinny but not to overweight. as soon as i walk into the store i get shoot some nasty glares by paula and the employees (i looked past it and just kept looking around). i got asked if i needed help countless times to the point i couldn’t even shop in private. they thought i was trying to steal but i literally didn’t have a bag or anything. next thing i know i hear them talking about me on the radio! honestly i don’t even know how i didn’t say something but i ended up just walking out with tears in my eyes. you are not a “woman of god” you are the opposite. overpriced. not cute. rude. DO NOT SHOP HERE

How is this place still open? Who's shopping there? An out of town guest went by, then left because they followed her and treated her like a criminal. I let my guest know they do this to everyone, but it should not be the norm. How embarrassing for our town!!

I rode by this establishment on Thursday night and because I was going to be in town on Friday I said would visit them. I was so happy to visit and was amazed at all the stuff that they had packed in that store. I walked in and was just looking at all the items and has planned on purchasing a hat, but I walked to the back of the store to look at the shoes, and then all of a sudden I see a man with a gun in his hip and an ear piece in his ear. Like he was really looking for a pair of shoes. I felt like he/they were trying to intimidate me but that didn’t work. I continued to walk around the store letting them know what they were doing and that I wouldn’t be spending my money in their establishment. Like I really wanted to steal the clothes that they get from China for a little of nothing and then mark the price up extremely high.

This was the most awful experience i have ever had. I would rate this 0/10 stars. As soon as i walked in i was followed around the whole time. Im not the one to steal not to mention she was getting all her employees to follow me around. I went to try some stuff on and when i came out she ran over to me and checked to make sure all her stuff was their. Im not gonna steal stuff that she bought from china then overprice them. I was walking out because i was not gonna be followed anymore as i was leaving Paula walked over and asked to check my bag as i very kindly told her i didnt feel comfortable she called her husband down to try and intimidate me. PAUL YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A BUSINESS OWNER IF YOU TREAT EVERYONE LIKE THIS. Not to mention my ex used to work their and she would not pay him. So he quit. He walked in their to get his check and was extremely rude and told him he would not get his money. It is not right to treat customers like this at all. Your business needs to be shut down for how rude and disrespectful you are to everyone.

Did not enjoy my shopping experience! Was watched like a hawk while looking at their costume jewelry and followed around the store. Did buy a sweatshirt and necklace and wish I hadn’t given this establishment a dime!!! Will not be back!

This is a great local place for unique and local themed items. We did some Christmas shopping there and the service was truly excellent. All the young ladies that assisted us were pleasant and helpful. They also have a lot of personalized items and items themed with local schools and mascots. It’s a welcome break from the chain and big box stores.

WARNING: THIS IS A LONG ONE!

It's sad that I experience disrespect from Paula inside and outside her store. It just shows what kind of person she is which is everything but for the Lord as she "claims" to be. I went into the store with my mother to which we were followed and trailed the entire time we were there. There wasn't much customer attention during the time we were their and we may have been 1 of 3 that were in the building in the moment. ALL of her employees including Paula herself were watching our EVERY move with other people being present and shopping. She kept interrupting me and my mom spending time together cutting us off approximately 3-5 times asking "Ya'll finding everything alright" We responded every time letting her know we were fine and just looking.

She also stopped by one of my jobs (won't list the name for privacy) to have dinner with her husband and I greeted them as soon as they walked in asking how they were, to which they went straight into their order....okay that's fine, maybe she didn't hear me. I took her order then she said she had a togo order and she asked if she needed to place it with me or...and I responded letting her know that the station next to me "would take care of her with that" I start to read back her order to make sure I had everything correct and as I'm looking down she looks at her husband then up at me and with an attitude, responded, "I'M PLACING IT HERE I DON"T WANT TO DO ALL THAT WALKING BACK AND FORTH" and I responded to her letting her know I personally had no idea on how to put in such an order on top of a dine in order because I was still in training at the time. I asked her "So do you want your food togo?" she responded "I'M JUST GONNA EAT IT HERE I'M JUST GONNA EAT IT HERE." alright Paula. I finished ringing her up and my receipt paper stopped printing which only escalates the situation to which my manager comes over and asks if I'm okay and I let her know I wasn't and walked to the back to diffuse. My manager later followed up with me after she finished taking care of them to make sure I was truly okay and not-too-shaken-up.
I let Paula know it was my pleasure serving her and she did NOT take well to that. Paula, your personality and your attitude is NASTY and distasteful for you to be in the customer service business. You have some work to do on your head and your heart. Your outfits are brighter and more vibrant than your character. The one star is for the nice young lady you had working for you that gave me some sweet advise on a purchase I shouldn't have made after that experience. I'm all about small business owners but Paula's not one of those I can continue to support.
