Great Place! Excellent customer service. She’s so helpful and sweet. Allow enough time to get your stuff tailored and it’s perfect! Reasonable pricing! I highly recommend this place for everything! A Gem in the making! Honestly, she’s the best at what she does and goes above and beyond to deliver! Highly recommended!

I love getting my eyebrows done here, every single time she does a great job. Super friendly, so sweet. I do eyebrow threading and refuse to go anywhere else. I drive 35mins to come see her. Definitely recommend.

We had used Parul for a family wedding. Very unprofessional and untimely. Overcharges for her services and greedy for money and wedding food. We simply requested an invoice prior to payment and she did not give us an invoice, even after 1 week post-wedding. Her form of receipt was a text message saying the total amount and “paid”. Said sari draping would take 30 minutes yet she took 1 hour and still wasn’t professionally done which delayed our events. Charged for groom’s hair service that she did not even properly complete (was so bad the groom himself had to do it). Also spilt a lot of water all over sari which all she responded with was “sorry”. Would not recommend to anyone.

I would have given Parul zero stars if I could. My mom and I bought three sarees, a bridal lengha and a reception dress for me for my wedding on 12/6. We bought our outfits sometime in June but were told to wait until closer to the wedding to get them altered. Parul measured the two of us on multiple occasions and each time, our outfits were wrong. Mine were too big; my blouse had an awkward crooked zipper on the side which bunched up the bust each time I put my hands down. My reception dress had a broken zipper and was surprisingly taken in from the outside. You could visibly see how the seamstress simply flipped over the fabric to take it in instead of taking it in at the seam on the inside of the fabric. My mom’s saree blouses were extremely short in the front and were longer in the back even though we specifically told Parul we wanted longer blouses to not expose the midriff. She couldn’t even get her arms into her third blouse. The saree borders were ripped and frayed; it was as if the seamstress used the border to make the blouse. None of our outfits were usable for my wedding! Each alteration took about 3 weeks to complete and after the second alteration where all the clothes were still a disaster we were only a month away from my wedding. Instead of admitting she made multiple mistakes, didn’t deliver on any of her deadlines and worked with an incompetent seamstress, all Parul did was make excuses. She insisted she could still fix everything. She never once apologized nor admitted she was in the wrong. She kept firm to her no refund policy and didn’t seem to care how upset I was that I had nothing to wear to my wedding which was only a month away. We refused to give her another shot at alterations since she failed the two times prior nor did I want to wait another 3 weeks for something that would still be messed up. Thankfully we were able to find another store with amazing customer service and great quality clothes for the wedding. Parul on the other hand was awful, her store is highly unorganized and she is all over the place. In addition, she had no empathy to my situation in which she was a huge part of. I blame myself for trusting her in the first place but hopefully this review helps others and deters them from making the same mistake I did.

I have bought unique sarees and kurtis here and the owner is very nice she will take her time helping you and make sure you get the right fit! I feel like I can come here all the time and looks at all the endless jewelry collection and the day would not end 🙂

The owner Parul is amazing i dont have any other words to describe her. This place is best eyebrow threading spot from Orlando to Tampa she has a wide variety of talents and skills that she shows daily and knows how to keep her customers happy and excited to come back.I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE.
