Incredible customer service, absolutely second to none! The team at this location, specifically Sheila really go above and beyond, I cannot thank her enough!! Fast responses, including callback with detailed photos of the boots. Extremely happy with the high quality purchases. Thank you so much once again! Will be shopping at this Overland location for all cold weather needs from now on.

Update 02/14: Placed another order for coats and boots with Laura. I seriously have never experienced such great service in my life, 10 out of 5 stars. I encourage everyone to shop here!!!

After a complicated post-Christmas return I had to make at the Overland Fairfield store location , I was so impressed by the way the store salesperson, Alea, handled it. It was an out of the norm situation, and she handled it with total grace. She was so accommodating, so patient, and went to great lengths to ensure my satisfaction. Amazing customer service.

Recently, I bought my wife a pair of boots from your store. She had wanted them for a long time, especially since we were planning to spend the winter in some cold places. Even though we usually don't spend much on shoes, we saw these boots as a good investment, something that could last for years. So, we saved up and bought them in October.

At first, my wife loved the boots. But over time, they didn't stretch as we thought they would. They started to hurt her feet after wearing them for just a short while. We thought it was too late to return them, but when we checked your policy, we were surprised to find out we could still exchange them. I emailed you guys about it, and you replied super fast, saying we could return them for a bigger size. We sent them back for free and even asked if we could pay extra to get the new ones faster. In just a couple of days, you got the boots and called me personally – I couldn't believe it! You said the new boots would be shipped right away and arrive by the weekend. I've never seen customer service like this before. Fast emails, quick responses, and getting new boots all in the same week . Truly it's amazing.

Thanks to this, we're now huge fans of your store. The boots are great, and your customer service is even better. I'm already planning to buy from you again when I save up some money. Big thanks to the Overland team! Fans for life.

The store was great and all the staff was very helpful. Laura helped my wife and I. They didn't have a couple of items at the store, so they went to the warehouse and picked them up while we were there

High quality products. Excellent service. Desirable fashion. Pricing: High end.(You could spend $1500 on a jacket if you wanted to.) My only issue is, with such premium pricing, why aren't more items sourced domestically?

Store was beautiful but the woman working there said to me “ most of our ladies selections are for small or extra small ladies” I am a size 8 and I didn’t ask her anything about sizing 😳 feel like it was kind of rude.
