The event was wonderful! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I was able to score some really cute outfits for my granddaughter at a great price! I had a wonderful experience with Monica at the hot cocoa bar and Hannah was awesome at checking me out at the register. LOVE the new Winter room!!😁

I'm rating the store three stars due to a disappointing experience with dropping off a bin of clothes for store credit. The drop-off process itself was smooth, and the staff was very helpful. However, I was dismayed to find that they only accepted a quarter of the bin. This was unexpected, as I had purchased the clothes from the store, carefully followed their list, and ensured that the items were in excellent condition, having been washed in gentle, fragrance-free detergent. Moreover, I had explicitly requested store credit, as this store is my primary destination for my baby's clothing. Nevertheless, I was given cash instead. This experience has left me feeling dissatisfied and disenchanted, particularly given the substantial amount my husband and I have spent at the store. Although it may have been an isolated incident, I'm hesitant to attempt selling baby clothes through them again and may explore other options, such as Facebook Marketplace.
