My daughter is very modest and we have trouble finding her clothes that she feels comfortable in. We had a special occasion we were shopping for. We stopped in to Onalee's and explained this. Woman working gave us several suggestions for her to try on. She spent time talking with my daughter about what she liked and didn't like. My shy daughter left raving about how she wants to go back because the lady was so nice and she liked the clothes she tried on. The woman was so kind and patient because we tried on a LOT of different tops. I certainly plan to go back. This is my go to boutique now!!!

Hawthorne is a fabulously run boutique! The ladies there are always so helpful and honest when trying new looks. They are always getting new pieces and showing lovely ways to rock them. Their customer service is above and beyond great. The new location is awesome because now they are carrying more items!
My only complaint, and it's ever so minimal, is that I wish all of their clothing came in a little bit larger sizes too.
Keep up the amazing job! Your outfit suggestions are inspiring for making my own look.

The store has really cute unique clothes !! Been to both Stores now love the clothes 🙂 bought quite a few items now...The customer service at Zeeland store substantial and friendly staff. Only 1 person at Hudsonville like previous review not real great with the customer service. Maybe with time she will get better... I love checking out the new items on fb

Went there today Saturday June 6, 2015. Sales clerk was super rude. (Hannah). I'm in my 50's and I'm thinking she only likes younger women. I had to ask her questions on everything including where the dressing rooms were. She never smiled and seemed like I was interrupting her day. I will never go back. The last question I asked was who owned the store. She gave me the first names of the 2 women but said she couldn't remember the last names. She really didn't care about anything. I live in Grandville. This store will be building there business on local town people. Good Luck!
