Love ON! I always spend way more than I plan. They have a good selection of colors/sizes here and always offer to order if they are out. Customer service is always pretty good and the store's layout is nice and organized...even the clearance section!

Everything was all messed up in store, clothes were not in the right size area , example size large mixed in with small, etc…floor needed swept.

This Old Navy has a great selection and often has different deals and promotions happening. If you don’t see your size in-store, you can usually receive your order within a week of purchasing online. This location has been clean and organized each time I visit and, for the most part, has friendly staff!

I was in this store yesterday 5/3/22. Many of the employees were putting out new stock but would ask me if I was finding everything ok. I did find several items to purchase. About $300.00 worth. I went up front to check out and there was 2 employees assisting ladies with returns. One of the employees finished with a customer and looked at me. I was sure she would motion me over to check out. Nope. She looked at me several times waiting in line. Never said a word never motioned me over. After 5 min of us playing eye tag I just put my items on the counter and walked out. I will not be in this store again.

Shopping for my son @ Old Navy is always a great choice. The styles offer my child comfort and a sense of fashion. He lights up when trying on new the styles of the season. It's also excellent for my budget, I am able to get more for my 💰. The staff is pretty friendly. The one thing that I didn't like was the check out experience. The line was moving slowly 🐌... There were two cashiers and one was stuck with a customer issue. The line needless to say grew longer and shoppers became annoyed. Once I arrived to the check out counter my cashier was friendly and thanked me for my patience. She proceeded to ring our items up and lighten the mood with small talk. Her manager called her and said that she needs to hurry up and stop talking to me. My thoughts regarding that rude manager was instead of standing back watching and barking out orders, how about get on a register and help out or figure out how to resolve the problem the other cashier was having that was causing her to remain entangled with the one customer. What she did was embarrassing to the young woman who was actually doing a fine job.

The children's department was almost completely picked over. Not many sizes at all to choose from. Dressing rooms were all full of clothes that needed hanging up.

My wife and children came into this location this past Friday night, my wife is pregnant and I saw where old navy had a top review for maternity clothes, so I sent her and the children their to purchase some clothes. The attendants and or employees where not helpful at all, when my wife asked where their maternity section was, she was surprised to find out there was not one in this location. And then the attendant told her that if they had anything it would be in or on their clearance racks, which where a mess. The entire store was a disaster and several other customers in there where complaining of the same thing and the fact the customer service is lacking. One employee was even dragging a huge tub full of clothes on clothes hangers completely thrown in and wrinkled up over piled in the bucket, just looked like a huge mess of clothes and the bucket was making a loud irritating 😠 noise that could be heard throughout the entire store. Needless to say, I was disappointed to hear that the one place I send my wife to in the area that has reviews on good maternity clothes, not only didn’t have any, the employees where less that helpful, and the store again was at literally every turn a mess with clothes in disorder and or on the floor, hangers sticking out and no organization what so ever. We have always preferred to shop in the store so you can try things on, but this store is a perfect example as to why people now prefer to shop online. It’s a major franchise and although old navy has been around awhile, there is no excuse for their store fronts to have gone down hill this much or tolerate a location to ever look and or run like this ever. The manager should be ashamed and the store needs someone who can at the very least get the store in order and or the employees acting like they appreciate their job. As for us we will not be spending our money at old navy for maternity clothes this go around. And another interesting thing, as my wife walked out of the store, three pregnant 🤰 women walked in after her. Maybe old Navy just needs to reconsider this store fronts location, I’m sure it costs more at this point to keep open. Or at the very least add a plus size and maternity section back to this location. At this point taking any section from this store from only hurts its ratings and revenue.

Wow! That was the best shopping experience I’ve had in a very long time. The store was so wonderfully kept, dressing and bathrooms were open, and so many genuinely helpful associates. Even got a cute pair of pajamas for under $20. Thank you so much.
