The staff at the Oshkosh Wisconsin store provided very poor customer service.

I am handicapped and needed assistance. While the store was empty and the staff clearly was not busy they refused to be of assistance and meet me half way.

Normally I try to be understanding and never leave negative reviews. Do not give this store your business.

I was only shopping for a chair, and I got a nice quality chair for a great price(wait for the sales). I browsed other items and was quite impressed. I may be coming here for future needs as my wife liked the style more than something you could find at Menards, Walmart, etc. It looks like they do a good job on quality and variety. There are notebooks, organizers, folders, of all shapes and sizes. They have lots of styles to choose from which could make it hard to choose from, but at least you'll have creativity.

The associate that assisted me today (Abby) went out of her way to ask if I needed assistance. Using the skills she's going to school for (HR), she assisted me in finding the proper resume materials based on what she would like to see. Having knowledge of the HR function myself being a recruiter, I appreciated her willingness to share her opinions from her own unique experience.

She also asked a question of the manager (who's name I did not catch) but he was also very helpful.

Personally, I would much rather my have face to face interaction when I am making purchases unless it's something I know that I don't have questions about. Office equipment, computers, etc -- while I'm knowledgeable and use this equipment all the time, it's better to be able to ask questions when making purchases of someone who works in an environment that's selling these things -- especially for older people who don't have as much knowledge.

Unfortunately in this digital age, stores such as this will close down unless we use them and that's something that isn't good for anyone and that's why I refuse to shop on Amazon if at all possible because the convenience isn't that important to me.

Working with the print department was a fantastic experience. They were professional, friendly, helped me problem solve and provided solutions when I felt stumped. I am so grateful for their support and help to create the high quality conference materials I needed for an important event.

Had them do a print and laminate job on some flash cards I made, showed them exactly how it should be laid out and was told It can be done. Paid $40 for 30 some flash cards and picked them up 2 days later to find that nothing lined up how it was supposed to, terms not matching the front word. I was told that if I wanted it redone the right way, id have to pay again and could not get my money back.

The product I ordered, a custom print poster, turned out fantastic and was cheaper than I expected. I give 4 instead of 5 stars because of the rude lady behind the front counter that repeatedly called me by the wrong name after telling her my name a few times. She seemed irritated that I was even in the store.

Nathaniel in the copy center went above and beyond with helping me. He printed and scanned the documents I needed for work. He also helped me with my iPhone so I could email them to my employer.
