Alley is fabulous. She has been very helpful and resourceful in helping document legal issues I am having to address. She never treats me like I should all ready know how to do stuff when I ask her questions. She is always doing three things at a time but very attentive to her customer. She is a tremendous asset to your store!

I called to inquire about a chair that needed to be replaced that I had purchased a few months prior. It had broken and it was a $200 plus office chair and the lady that answered the phone told me she cannot help me due to me not knowing which register number And sales associate I had came through when purchasing and then hung up on me when I started asking questions. Very unprofessional and rude.

I have never been to an Office Depot before so I didn't know what to expect. I just needed copies which should be simple enough but I still felt apprehensive and intimidated. I was greeted by Emily in the copy section and she aided me with kindness and professionalism. Every Office Depot needs a person like Emily. I left feeling much better than when I walked in!!!

The worst experience with the absolute worst communication! I ordered a banner it said it would be same day pickup I went to pick it up and they had not even started on it and said it could be today maybe tomorrow. When I let them know I needed it for a event in the morning they said they would start on it. I walked around the store a little and drove down the road just to come back and hear they could not make it the size I ordered it. So they wait until almost 5pm when everything else closes to say this. I could have went to literally any other place and had my sign done but I chose y'all and no one could be bothered to originally work on it or communicate y'all wouldn't make it. If they would have told me earlier I could have had staples make it.

Check out people couldn’t process returns; kept doing same thing over and over. Other cashier came from back and then instead of checking people out sent them to the other girl that was having troubles. The rep that was rude and green and black hair like some cartoon character. Not professional. Stood in line 20 minutes and no one helped. So I put my items down and left. I was there on break for some pens , sharpies and white out. Couldn’t get help and they were slow. Didn’t complete my transactions because I ran out of time. Not a business look to the place. Especially when you have rude people that act like they didn’t want to be there who has green hair.
