So in other words they lie to their convenience, and don’t are rude.

Worst place ever when they want to sell you everything is good yes here yes there the seller Karina says yes to everything you say and ask but once you place order they got you there customer service give a turn around they start to be rude and won’t be helpful on the phone I won’t recommend this place at all I regret on waisted time and money Peor Lugar Para ir cuando vas a preguntar por material todo es si si si en todo pero cuando ya isistes la orden todo cambia el servicio al cliente ya no es el mismo Como ya te chingaron ya no les importas no lo recomiendo y me arrepiento en el tiempo perdido y dinero tirado a la basura

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! BEST PLACE!!! Very Low Prices! The lady that helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful! She drove the forklift herself and helped us load all the tile and materials we purchased there. Excellent Customer Service. We will be coming back!

Great Service and the best prices around the valley A lot of selections, they have everything I need. .I found my tile for half price compare to other stores. No problems with my order because they have in stock and is not discontinue items. !!! They gave me free thinset and grout...!! Thank you for your help.

We had been searching for porcelain tile to match some existing tile we have with little or no luck here locally in Clovis and Fresno. We took a chance and drove out to kingsburg hoping to find our tile or at least come close. The staff at Casa de Ceramica was nothing short of helpful. The staff was wonderful and actually took time to get a variety of samples from the warehouse. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
