Karyn, the store manager, is an awesome manager! I witnessed her being cussed out and yelled at by a customer for not having something in stock. She played it cool and provided excellent service. That’s until the person kept on. At which point she did what we all would do and walk away because there is no point in arguing with someone that just wants to be belligerent.
Coming from someone who’s worked in retail, limited amount of product is not our fault. No reason to be a Carl about it.

If an item shows a QOH:1 it’s going to be the display. I don’t understand why the display is part of their inventory listed online if they can’t sell it. Just a waste of time to come in and check if they have it. They don’t change their inventory because it is a display they can’t sell

Hoover al. Store manager (Karen real name) is the most rude person you could imagine. Lost her cool on me and another customer for asking simple questions. There black Friday items weren't even available 😕. They didn't have them in stock and she wasn't even aware that most of the items listed in their black Friday paper were even on sale.
