I am very disappointed in this arrangement 😢
I live in west Texas and my mom lives in Sylacauga, and is in the hospital on her birthday. I wanted to send her some nice flowers to cheer her up.

No flowers at all in the back of the arrangement.
Sad to say , but looks like just a lot of scrap flowers used. Some of the greenery is even brown and the berries are shriveled up.

After speaking with Nan, the owner, she was very apologetic and told me she would replace the arrangement.
Update: Arrangement never replaced and can get no response from Nan😢
This has been a horrible experience.
Update 2: After 2 weeks, the issue is finally resolved.
Nan reached out to me and explained that it’s been hard getting flowers from her distributor due to the pandemic, I believe. Just a whole lot going on.
A replacement arrangement was delivered to my moms home and Mom said that it is very pretty.

I was too far away to make it back to Alabama to attend a funeral, but I wanted to send something very special to my relatives that would honor the memory of the deceased and not just be another run-of-the-mill wreath. In a panic, I found Nan's thanks to glowing reviews online--and I can tell you that all of those reviews were accurate! Nan walked me through the process, made great suggestions, and delivered an impressive, thoughtful, and memorable arrangement to my family. Horrible. I am now backtracking to find out who sent flowers to my son-in-laws funeral. Nothing that was ordered through Nan’s from the Dignity site, was delivered to the funeral home for our loved ones service. No idea where the flowers were, and what happened to the money spent for them. Everyone was very disappointed and frustrated that they used this florist and there were no flowers.

I ordered flower arrangements (5 of them) for a private dinner gathering at the nearby Farmlinks around noon and Nan delivered these beautiful autumn arrangements later that afternoon. They were absolutely gorgeous and completed the look for a perfect evening with our clients. There's not much to choose from in florists in that area, but do not worry. Nan will NOT disappoint!

Although I had come in all a-bluster with an order, the timing of which left non to spare, and with a very "loose" description of a very particular feeling of what I wanted, the graciousness and calm reception at Nan's couldn't have been more appreciated! Having been to many funerals all over the country, I have long since noticed the flower displays only as a profusion of color on the periphery of the service and this time I so wanted my order to make a statement of love and appreciation for the person I would now sorely miss. And I was not disappointed but, in all truth, so happily surprised! The care and creativity took my breath away and, for the first time, this was a display I would remember as one, truly, of unforgettable beauty. I can only say I am so very grateful.

Nan went out of her way to find a "Cat" stuffed animal for my mother-in law who was in the hospital with a broken hip. The flowers were beautiful and Brenda loved them. Thank you Nan for going over & beyond and for making it extra special. I will always order from Nan's Flowers.

Loved the arrangement I received from the flower shop. They weren't your run-of-the-mill flowers but some unusual stems that were simply lovely. The bonus was that they lasted over a week--most tend to fade after a couple of days.
