I’ve been following MuMu mansion on instagram for months and finally carved out the time to visit. What a joyful experience. As a person who has experienced a lot of changes to my body over the past few years, shopping has not been my favorite experience. Melinda (owner) is kind, patient and picked out items for me I would not have for myself. She helped me see the value in layers and what fun jewelry can to for an outfit. I can’t wait to visit again!

I first discovered Mumu Mansion through a plus size live sale, but it wasn’t until my travels took me to LA that I understood the real magic of the space Melinda curates. As a plus size person, I’m used to walking into stores and finding maybe one thing and staring at the earrings until I leave. Not so in Mumu Mansion. Came to pick up an online order, and left with a vintage guess leather jacket that fit like a glove as well as more jewelry. The only thing that stopped me from other purchases was room in my suitcase. Next time I pass through Los Angeles, I’ll be back!

Basically the best boutique ever! There is an incredible mix of new and vintage clothing (including Plus!), jewelry, furniture, decor items, plants and more! Melinda Alexander has curated a great mix of styles for everyone. This is exactly what our Mid City neighborhood needed!

Hands down the best boutique ever. The aesthetic of the shop itself is so beautiful - everything is so well-curated, inclusive of all shapes, and reasonably priced. Only been to the shop in person once when I was in town but have purchased so many unique pieces online - on the site and Instagram live sales. Jewelry, home goods, attire, Melinda holds down the fort with her impeccable style. If I lived in LA, I’d prob be here weekly no joke.

I feel so lucky that I live walking distance to MuMu Mansion. I stop by often for gifts for friends, family and me! But, I also pop in because I just love the energy. Melinda, the owner and creator, is not only stylish and talented but, warm, welcoming and fun.
