I have been buying suits here for a decade and never had a bad interaction. So many helpful staff that remember you even if you only come in yearly or so like me. Today I brought in a pair of suit pants that the hem came loose on that I bought a year or two ago. To my astonishment, they fixed it almost immediately while I waited...I thought I'd drop it off and have to come back. The service here is second to none.

Oh my goodness, I had thought customer service was dead , until I walked into the door of the mister B store .I have never felt so welcome , it was like I was the only customer in the world .If you are in need of menswear and don’t visit this store , we’ll shame on you. If they can make my wife of 52 years say how wonderful I looked in my new suit then they are miraculous at what they do.

I ordered more pants for my Canali. After texting John Reeve for updates, he told me they would reach out when it arrived. They forgot about my order, I was never notified, and when I followed up with John Reeve a month later, he said the pants had just been delivered that very day. This upset me, because I knew it was too much of a coincidence to be true. After communicating this, he admitted they had the pants for over a week and blamed their texting system for the error. This second excuse made me more upset, and I told them I no longer wanted the pants.

I did feel bad and had my assistant call the store later to arrange pick up of the pants. She said staff was passive aggressive over the phone about the situation. I don’t know exactly what was said, but the fact she felt anything other than the store being accommodating is wild.

Why be like this? If you are the best, be the best. If you make a mistake, that’s fine, own it. Making excuses and shifting blame isn’t accountability. The store took no effort to make it right. Frankly, it seems like they wrote me off as a customer.

Two stars because my first few experiences a couple years ago were great. Not sure what happened since.

My first visit to Mr. B and I’m very impressed. I’ve bought many suits over the years and this will now be my only spot in DSM Metro for high quality clothing and exceptional service.

Mac helped me with a new suit purchase and the service he provided was top notch. He was able to squeeze in tailoring in a short period of time to make sure I had my suit for a wedding.

Darin also helped me when picking up my suit and the level of service is above and beyond.

The quality of men’s wear available here is what you would expect from a high end store in Chicago. More than that they know their stuff and loved working with Sony who tailored every piece to fit me custom on site. We had a time sensitive engagement to go to and they accommodated us and took a special interest in making sure that everything was perfect. Definitely a one of a kind.

A great selection of quality apparel with excellent customer service. I spoke with Darin and Bryce, who were both very knowledgeable about the quality of their garments and how to customize suits to the individual. The price range was more than I could budget, but Darin was so helpful and even referred me to a trusted source for other options. Strongly recommend Mr. B’s!
