I had a very unpleasant experience with customer service, particularly with a man who sells medicine. He was extremely rude, and when I asked him to explain again which medicine I needed, he refused. I believe that being professional means helping customers understand what they want to buy. It's unacceptable to treat customers this way.

I've never met such bad business owners before. Very poor quality of service, rude, unprofessional. The woman who sold me the medicine today treated us very badly. It seemed to me that I was somewhere in Russia or Ukraine, because these people think that they are still in their countries. I left this store in tears. I will never come back here.
