I went by a couple of Fridays ago needing a new CPAP. The 2 guys working there seem totally bothered and frustrated that I came by on a Friday at 2pm... They told me it would be Monday, that the person who does the insurance was gone for the day. They were just rude and not cordial at all!!!! I got my paperwork and prescription back, took it to Physicians Home Health SuperStore in Gadsden, and was in and out in 45 minutes with a new CPAP!!! DONT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE!!! GO TO PHYSICIANS HOME HEALTH SUPERSTORE IN GADSDEN!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would!

I give them a five star rating they have taken care of me for many many years. They got me back even when the doctors wanted to give up on me. If it wasn’t for them, I would’ve never gotten through some very dark times of sickness in my life now that I’m doing well I have reached out to them to take care of my daughter after a very serious accident, they are doing amazing. I have dealt with a lot of home healthcare in the past and I have fired all of them except MMC so I give them a five star rating. They don’t treat you just as a patient. They treat you like family always there for your needs even after their work has been done they’re always there just to lend an ear to talk to.
