On my way to ______land I found Midwest Mattress south ridge! I was dreading the large store shopping experience. I hadn't purchased a mattress for a long time..thought box springs will still a thing! Within 24 hours I had a new mattress and platform delivered, set up and old mattress and box springs gone. Edwin assisted me and provided information about products and listened to what my priorities were. He was very knowledgeable and within a few minutes I left with 2 options. Returned home and within a couple of texts made a decision, paid for it and delivery scheduled for the next day! Overall awesome experience..delivery was quick and easy. Within 24 hours I found the mattress was "too high" a text the Edwin and he immediately provided a solution....a different platform.. He scheduled delivery and return..no problem..no hassle.
Overall..exceptional experience. Prices are competitive and company is Iowa owned and products made here. Thanks Edwin..we are sleeping good! Love new mattress

Bottom line up front, this store provided me with the best experience I have had when purchasing a mattress. I had an old mattress that finally busted and was no longer usable on a Sunday. I went to the store, conveyed my needs, and the staff (Michael) pointed me right where I needed to go to get the perfect mattress. What I loved the most was that they did not try to upsell me on anything so I very much so felt at ease. I got my mattress delivered on Tuesday and that service was also great. I am a very satisfied customer with their service and my mattress.

Very efficient shopping experience. I was able to see, touch and lie down on different mattresses to find one for me. Went home with next day delivery. Whole thing took less than an hour.

Delivery day: truck arrived on time but driver informed me they could not remove the old bed frame - which I had paid to have removed. Called dealership to voice my complaint and Scott the sales person agreed to refund my money and pick up the frame that evening to retain the sale. Lots of hassle and lots of customer dissatisfaction here.
