Everytime I get here I'm pleasantly surprised at what a great selection of merch they have! Nice clean store and bathrooms too. Great staff ? is the icing on the cake.

I like Menards...This store however, isn't all that...Bought a new Fridge, the young loading it put a dent in it...so I went to the desk to see if some kind of reimbursement or something could be done...not to the young man he apologized you could tell he felt bad...the lady at the desk asked if it (the dent) was going to be showing or if it was going to face the wall...what does it matter...it took 3 months to get it right so I already mailed in the 11%...and she asked if I had mailed it...I said well yes I bought it 3 months ago...anyway she gave us 50 dollars in Menards credit...WTH...and now we bought a filter for the air conditioner and had to order online...it said it would take 10 days...HA!...Try a month...and the dude at the yard entrance opened my tailgate to look under the tonneau didn't ask just did it..wth...the filter was in the cab!!!...if it wasn't the closest place to go bet that I would go somewhere else...

This is a must stop for us when visiting from Texas. I am always sure to stop at the service desk and request that they build a Menards in Terrell, Texas. I am originally from Wisconsin and sure do miss having a Menards to shop at.

Delivered drywall and met Howard to get unloaded. My personal experience with him was fantastic. He is very hard working and aware of time. Plus helps guests at the same time. Probably the best menards employee in the region at menards. I highly recommend this store for best in class service due to how Howard was on top of everything.

They usually have everything I need for gardening and outdoor renovations. The plants are a little pricey here and not a huge selection. Their seasonal displays are usually pretty great, especially around Halloween and Christmas.

My recent experience at Mansards for my home improvement needs left me with mixed feelings, primarily due to an unfortunate encounter with one of the staff members, John.

Upon entering the store, I was met with hostility and discrimination from John, whose racist behavior towards me was completely unacceptable. Despite my attempts to overlook his inappropriate conduct and focus on my shopping needs, John's disrespectful demeanor persisted, making it clear that he was unwelcoming and unwilling to provide me with the assistance I deserved as a customer.

To make matters worse, when I brought this issue to the attention of the store manager, rather than addressing the problem and ensuring that I felt valued and respected as a customer, the manager seemed more concerned with asking me to leave the premises. This dismissive response only served to exacerbate the situation, leaving me feeling deeply disappointed and disheartened by the lack of professionalism and accountability demonstrated by the store manager.

In conclusion, while I cannot speak to the overall quality of Mansards as a store due to the unfortunate behavior of one individual, I feel compelled to caution others to avoid interacting with John. Discrimination has no place in any establishment, and it is imperative that businesses take proactive measures to ensure that all customers are treated with dignity and respect. As for the store manager, their failure to address the issue in a satisfactory manner only serves to further underscore the need for improvement in their management approach.
