My wife and I came into the store 5 or 6 times over a few months to find the perfect mattress. James and his team were very gracious in answering our questions and helping us find the perfect mattress.
The mattress was delivered as scheduled and the delivery team did a great job delivering the mattress in perfect condition!
I shared with James a pearl of wisdom from my grandmother "you spend half your life in your shoes and the other half on a mattress- don't skimp on either!"

Sharri my sales person was friendly and helpful and very patient while I tried out mattresses. Told her what I was looking for and she went right to work. No pressure to hurry up are which one to buy. Went over the delivery, set up, removal of old mattress. She also answered my questions about their return policy. Very good price on the mattress I selected. I would recommend Mattress Firm to those searching for a mattress.

Repsey did a great job helping determine the right mattress. She explained the return policy and also how the mattress will take a few weeks to “break in”. Also thought we wanted a firm mattress and she helped determine that medium was better.
