We were greeted by Julian this morning and told him what we were looking for. He asked some questions, and then let us try some mattresses that would meet our needs. He very patiently showed us several, explaining the pros and cons. He was fun to work with, and we stayed within our budget. I highly recommend this place...and Julian!! He knows his products!

I was seeking a specific mattress, and called Mattress Firm Clearance Center to see of they have it. Dawn answered the phone, and was very friendly and helpful. She confirmed that they did have the mattress and quoted me a price. I responded by saying that I thought it was a power price point. She then said it had been on sale a few weeks back and that she could give me the sale price due to the store terms and conditions. We then discussed payment and scheduled a delivery date. All said and done, the transaction took less than 15 minutes. Now that's my kind of mattress shopping! My new Mattress will be delivered next week, so I will include my review of that experience at that time.

Great experience at this location. Ernesto is the best sales associate and answered all our questions. He allowed us plenty of time to decide and ensured we got the best deal. I called in for questions on the pillows we ordered; Caleb was kind enough to look into the shipping/stock issues and returned my call right away with an answer. Fairly quick delivery, too. Highly recommend!

My sales lady Dawn was AWESOME and Amazing. First she explained everything over the phone so well I felt like I was there with her and then I came in it was soooooo quick and easy. Explained even the waterproof fitted sheet to a T. Dawn is a Valuable member to your team and the mattress is sooooooo comfortable I'm sleeping like a baby. I will recommend everyone to come to Mattress Firm and to see Dawn
