My husband and I were window shopping for a mattress to use in our camper. He had already visited several surrounding mattress stores and had cards with quotes everywhere. He wanted to make a stop at Mattress Firm so we did. Dixie immediately welcomed us and made us feel at home. She basically sold him a memory foam mattress in less than 5 minutes!!! In that process she educated me on several reasons why I was NOT getting a good night's sleep. While trying out a mattress with an adjustable frame, she explained the importance of positioning. The words "You will wake up in the same position you fall asleep" hit me like a brick! Dixie's expertise, knowledge, customer satisfaction and warm personality was impeccable!!! I simply adore Dixie!!! We are 100% satisfied!!!

Highly recommend Mattress Firm Super Center in Alabaster Colonial Promenade! Lou was very helpful in answering questions and providing information on all products as well as helping me determine the best mattress for my needs and budget! Her and Manager Dixie moved different mattresses onto the adjustable frame I was interested in so I could pick the exact one for me! They were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and NEVER pushy in trying to “just make a sale” (something I encountered while shopping around).
They made the process easy and stress-free!

Best mattress purchase ever. Lou was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses I was interested in. Lou and Dixie even set up several mattresses on the adjustable base I was interested in, so that I could determine which mattress was most comfortable on that base. Both Lou and Dixie were very personable and went over and above to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Couldn't ask for a better team. I would highly recommend this store and the employees also.
