Though not a huge store, we consider it our mini Lowe's. They have very helpful and knowledgeable employees who greet you with a smile! Usually, they have what I need.

I bought a cordless Porter Cable 20v drill on the 5th of June. I finally was off on the 8th. I’ve been charging it for over 3 hours. It doesn’t charge.
I purchased it in Ozark . I live 2 hours away in Florala. I called the Andalusia store asked if I could exchange it.
I was told since I did not have a receipt that I could not. I still have the box with a Marvin’s stock sticker with the bar code and they still will not exchange it.
I’m not trying to scam anyone, I just want a drill that works. Or just a battery.
The manager that did not help me took my number for another manger to call me. Which stinks because it will probably be Monday.
The corporate number gives NO option for customer service.
I just spent over $200 this morning in the Andalusia store before discovered the drill doesn’t work.
I know the barcode can show this was in inventory and the date it was purchased.
This return policy is a scam.
Lowe’s is 30 minutes down the road. Guess that’s where go from now on.

Update: it’s Monday and no one has called me.
Update: Wednesday no call or contact.
Update: a few days ago I was contacted on Facebook that someone would be in touch. It’s Saturday no one has called.

Even though she couldn't leave the front, the cashier was helpful in leading us to the right place and the associate in the aisle helped me take my purchase to the front as I was in the wheelchair.

Complete joke!! I have spent over $25,000.00 in the last couple months. I have tried to return a couple low cost items I did not need, and they basically called me a liar. I have disputed charges with my bank over these fools! Avoid and go elsewhere! Breedloves hardware is across the street, Cash&Carry is down the street and there are many Lowes in easy driving distance. Completely incompetent staff inside the store! I have left the $45.98 worth of merchandise on the customer service counter and told them I will never set foot in the store again. I will spend my money across the street. Hope you go out of business! Avoid these crooks!!!

Their lumber is mostly warped, crowned and missing edges. It’s also way over priced. You can go to Carolina Millwork or Cash and Carry and save 20 to 40 percent. A 2x6x12 SYP is $10.56 compared to $5.78 at Carolina. Marvin’s wants a written estimate from their competitor just to match price. They apparently don’t want to make a simple phone call. I just had to pick through 40 6x6 16 foot long pressure treated posts just to find 2 straight ones. Nobody offered to help. Their Milwaukee 5amp battery is right at $200. You can get it for $159 right down the road at Cash and Carry. Almost Everything costs more at Marvin’s.
