I've been a fan or Madewell for several years. I can't say that I have ever had a bad experience here. The customer service is typically fairly good here and they are willing to help me with sizes when I need help. Maybe my opinion is skewed because many of the stores in the area have terrible customer service, but I have no complaints here.

Put ourselves in the dressing and fumbled around trying to find sizes while the girls working stood right in front of us chit chatting. Never asked if we needed help. Wasn’t until I asked a direct question that they even spoke to us.

Customer service is hit or miss. The woman who accepted my return was professional and efficient. The two girls by the dressing room were too busy talking and seemed annoyed when I needed help. Left immediately after that.

April was so so helpful today. My mom bought my girlfriend a gift card for Christmas, and then we moved and lost the physical card in the move. We called the store at the Summit, and April went above and beyond to track down the gift card number for us, and saved us about $500!
We really appreciate her so much.

I cannot say enough good things about Madewell. It is my go to store for cool, effortless and flirty clothing. Although it is known as the "twenty-something year old" version of J. Crew, both my mother and grandmother are always able to find fabulous pieces, and I will surely rock my items from here for years to come.

Most significantly, their jeans are made extremely well (hence, the befitting name) and come in a variety of both traditional and semi-trendy styles (i.e., ripped denim and fringed hems, but nothing overboard). I am a curvy 5'9 and I love that I am able to buy jeans straight from the store here. I also love that they offer a plethora of stylish tops from reasonably priced basics to high end silk blouses. I'm also very fond of their boot selection. I currently own 4 pair that still look brand new and feel amazing and I look forward to adding more to my wardrobe. Lastly, Heather, the manager at this location, is amazing!! She is very down to earth, personable and well versed in all things Madewell.

Holy what!!! I've never been treated this poorly in a retail store in my whole life! Especially considering I had spent over 250$ there over the course of one week. Older blonde woman with god awful attitude treated me like a poor peddler when I asked to try on shoes, I even purchased some clothing and she was a witch while checking me out. Lady- you need to find your calling because it is NOT the service industry. I cannot believe Madewell would continue to employ someone like this- next time I shop madewell I'll just drive 2 hours to Atlanta because no one deserves to be treated that way.
