Had a great experience at Lovesac La Cantera. Ariana was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us make our decision. We felt like we knew exactly what we were getting. The couch was delivered very fast and was not hard to put together with the videos and instructions that were provided. Very pleased with this purchase.

Went in to waste some time while the fam was shopping. Been looking at LoveSac since they started and only sold beanbags. I was extremely impressed with the new direction of the company and more impressed with the layout of the showroom and my salesperson, V. She was young so I wasn’t expected to be sold or even her level of knowledge to be able to sway me. I was wrong, she completely answered every question I asked with full competence and enthusiasm. Not only did she work with me, but the work continued over the next few days through unsolicited text messages and calls, started by myself. Lo and behold V was able to complete my complex order, plus we upgraded to much of the products that are available for our needs. If it weren’t for V, we would not have made this purchase, point blank! She is a rockstar!!

Bought my Lovesac on a whim! Do not live in an area that has a store and was a little nervous about the choices I picked when ordering online. Took an impromptu trip to Texas and saw that this store was here. Went in to make sure that what I ordered online made sense and that I liked the fabric I chose. Loved the fabric but I did not know that I needed a deep side to make my couch be what I really wanted. Patty went above and beyond! she easily took care of us and even showed us what other arrangements I could make with what I had. Ended up buying some additional stuff and Patty made it seamless, effortless, and enjoyable! Would highly recommend coming in and speaking with the team at La Cantera when thinking about a Lovesac!

Customer service 5 stars, very helpful. I had to call for help SEVERAL times while attempting to assemble the 7x8 sactional. It arrived in multiple shipments and the boxes are huge and heavy- ZERO stars. No pro assembly option- ZERO stars. I wanted to stop and send it back multiple times during set up just because of the frustration of it all. The videos they send are not helpful. I love it now that it is together. But when and if I move, the couch stays. Not only will I not go thru the agony of assembling it again, I’m not even changing the arrangement, which negates the modular functionality of it. Laying on it with the subwoofer system setup when it was all over with- 4 stars. Velcro is pretty sturdy, but the cushions do move with getting off and on, especially with deep seating and the ottoman attached- 3 stars.

We drove up to San Antonio to see what the excitement was about Lovesac. After trying them out, we made our purchase on the spot. Shelby was great and all the other staff were just as attentive to the other customers and our questions. After we got home, we started looking at accessories and decided we wanted to place another order to take advantage of the President’s Day Sale and complete our set, but didn’t want to drive all the way from north of Corpus Christi to San Antonio again. They helped us do it securely over the phone. In the meantime, we received an email with our original order’s tracking numbers and they will arrive this Thursday! Yay!

I bought a couch from here about 9 months ago and couldn’t be happier with the furniture. The staff was great to work with and the products are superior. I have 2 kittens that can’t resist stretching out with their nails. So far the covers show zero wear from them or us humans. I have a teen and it’s holding up to her too! Thanks Lovesac

The biggest waste of money. Beware, my order came in 33 boxes over a week, left outside with no signature needed by FedEx. I was out of town and my petite wife had to carry everything inside. I was completely mislead by Chris(the manager). One thing I'm somewhat happy about is the return policy, but I'm still waiting for my refund. One more thing, Chris is such an immature person. A few days after I sent everything back, I received the cash tip I gave him to share with another employee! So babyish. I bought a lovesac that was close $8,000(after sale discounts) ......the most unprofessional, most expensive piece of garbage I have ever seen.
