Hands down some of the best customer service in any adult store in the metro. The guy with the heard that works there (sorry I haven't caught your name yet) is not only knowledgeable but it's fun to talk to about EDM/house- if you're an enthusiast I encourage you to go talk to him he knows his stuff.

No sleazy arcade thankfully and almost every product you would want or need at the store like this. My only complaint is there's not more men's apparel, but not worth a less than 5 star.

I have no interest in giving them a 5-star rating other than being a customer I have no business interest nor have no friends are affiliations with this location this is purely an unsolicited customer review

Great customer service, good selection with a range of prices. Plus I love how they have tags on everything that show pricing thresholds, so stuff that looks really expensive that you'd normally ignore you can easily see if it's in budget before even seeing price tag.

To the business owner:
I highly suggest you look over your camera system.
While trusting your store manager, you always need to follow-up and “trust but verify”. I was the only person in the store, besides one other whom was not at the counter, not having any interaction with the cashier.
So there was no “line cut” no “demanding” of any services or products.
One would think “out in the world” as you so snarkly put, a business owner as yourself, would verify a claim such as this instead of trying to “pass the buck” on a first time customer as a rude and a demanding “Karen”.

Simply put, your cashier was rude, short and unprofessional and you as a “business owner” should re-evaluate where you stand with your employees and consider hospitality training while they are working “in the world” and “interacting with the public”.
Also as a “business owner” you need to accept the feedback, verify it, address it and move on.

Original Review:

I was looking online, found this place a lot closer. First interaction with the one gal was decent, not super friendly but she wasn’t rude. I wasn’t even there 2 minutes. Asked the cashier lady for something that was behind the counter. “We don’t carry that” very snark.
Then I said I’ll take the other one. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what not, but she was very rude. Slamming the videos shut. Asked me in a rude tone “which one do you want”
Slamming more things around, I hand her my card, receipt prints out slams my card on the counter.
Just not a very pleasant experience for a first time buyer…. Just saying maybe she should think about working in a different field if customer service isn’t for her.

I was super nervous going into a store like this for the first time as a young woman alone. Stephanie was fantastic and made the whole experience wonderful. She greeted me right away and made herself available for any questions. When I asked her for assistance, she had so much helpful information, guidance and advice, all while being patient with my total beginner's knowledge/confusion. It's easy to feel like you're wasting a manager's time, but she made me feel like my visit mattered and my questions were all worth her time. Thank you Stephanie and the Lovers Playground team for being progressive and sex-positive, and for caring about every visitor. I will definitely be back!

Amazing service, I was super shy when shopping for said particular item and when I walked in was expecting more of a experience like I had in romantix. Nope! I was greeted upon walking in the door this super friendly chick with the black ish hair totally made me feel super comfortable didn’t make me feel nervous at all, and she answered all my ridiculous questions. Store was clean. Organized and classy.

I parked in the wrong spot and when I walked in the front door they alerted me that I needed to park in the side lot because Crow tow almost towed my car as I ran out to move it and I am very happy they alerted me... Very awesome customer service indeed... their prices are a lot better than the other bookstores and they are really nice people that don't make you feel ashamed for shopping there
