Muy mala experiencia. Compre un vestido de quinceanera y juvo muchos problemas. No recomiendo es una estfa no te dan lo que pides. Servico mal. Las señoras que dicen ser "managers" no eran mas que vejas sangronas.

DON’T BUY from this place.
We ordered a dress for our daughter early January 2024 and the store said that it would arrive early May.
May comes around and we never received a phone call, we had to call them for an update. They said it was already there and to come by and pick it up. We called the day before, because it is a 2 hour drive to the store and they said the dress was not there yet and said to pick it up in one week. Finally we went to get the dress, only to find out it was not the dress we had ordered. They didn’t apologize and said to return in a week. Second visit wrong again, no apologies or sympathy. We agreed to make some modifications in color to that one dress and were told to return Memorial Day. By now they are not answering our calls, we blocked our caller id to call them the day before Memorial, and they said not to go because they were going to be closed that day. On Memorial Day I had a friend that was in Los Angeles and I asked him to stop by and see if they were open and sure enough they were open, he even took pictures of the employee. We asked to speak with the owner and never got a call back. Blocking our caller id was the only way to get through, they gave us a future date and window of time to show up to pick up the dress. And the day we went none of the employees that we had previously dealt with, were there, only one employee at that time. We inspected the dress and took it with the bare minimum, I refused to pay for anything extra.
This store is used to doing business with no customer service and not even accept any responsibility of their mistakes. At first they treat you good and once you give them a down payment, they drag the process until you are cornered because it it too late to get a dress for the upcoming event

I ordered a package with a color of my chosen for my daughter’s sweet 15 and when I went to pick up it was a total different color. The lady who took my order made a big mistake and later said she didn’t remenber details. I had to choose another dress and and now, I have to pay extra because the owner whose from Iran told the lady who attended me that she couldn’t refund my money, even though I said I would take her to court. The owner said for me to do whatever I wanted but she wasn’t gonna pay me back my money. This is so frustrating and a scam! Why do I have to pay for somebody’s elses ? I’m upset and frustrated. Why do some business people behave like they’re always going to be rich and take it to the grave. Karma is always right around the corner. I don’t wish harm but I’m a single mom and this was so heartbreaking for me and my daughter as well. Never come to this place and always check your reviews. I missed that part and there’s a lot of negative remarks about this place. There’s a saying that goes” what you do wrong into others, others will do wrong unto you” I leave it to god. I’m not happy though.

The customer service is outstanding. I'm looking for a dress not too expensive very elegant for a relative in Mexico. I was able to find a beautiful dress at a very reasonable price. The gentleman have a very persistent and I really appreciate it all his help.

They have horrible customer service, they do not care about you nor try to at all, they just had me purchase a dress without seeing it yet, once the dress arrived, it wasn’t even the same dress The lady that was helping me stated “It’s the same dress only difference is that there will be rhinestones on the corset” Which is what I wanted. I did not feel comfortable with the dress and once again it was not the same. While being charged she did not say it was final sale or anything nor does the receipt say it. I asked to get my money back and they said no. This is FRAUD! & it is not okay

This place sucks don't buy from here they promise they will steam or iorn the dresses but they really don't and if it's a quinceañera dress they will give it to you all wrinkled and say we can't do anything about it that's how they come. The girl who claims she's the "owner " which I honestly doubt says her name is Juana, she is rude and unprofessional. Worst place ever!!! If I could I would give zero stars because they don't even deserve one.
