This review is a long time coming! Levy’s has a special place in my heart. They created my custom engagement ring, sold me my gorgeous vintage wedding band, helped my dad create a new engagement ring for my mom, and created a custom piece for me for Mother’s Day. Not to mention, this place is a museum of antique jewelry, the most unique I’ve ever seen. The staff are really kind especially Joseph. I would ask for him when you get there. He is very down to earth and helpful especially if you’re on a budget. Anyways, never thought we would have a family jeweler but we do and it’s Levy’s!

Recently reached out to Levy’s about resizing a ring from a 4 to a 10.5. The guy on the phone immediately jumped and said “That’s impossible, no one in the world could do that” I then took the ring elsewhere and they resized it no problem for $150 and did amazing work. So Boo boo Levy’s for what I just presume as laziness.

edit- Hi, me again since you like taking a piss on reviews. Do you know what the other store owner did when I asked? They said “Hey why don’t you come on down and we can look at it!” Instead of the incredibly lazy reply or “it’s impossible” work on your customer support and learn to take criticism from what could have been possible customers. Levy’s will always be our “go to” jewelry store- they helped my husband create the most beautiful engagement ring and wedding band (with zero guidance from me - total surprise). They then helped me with getting his perfect wedding band. Kim has always gone above and beyond to provide an amazing service and to make us feel as though we are her only customer while she’s helping us. We were back in the store today and our visit today prompted me to write this review. We came in with a little bit of confusion and Kim graciously stopped what she was doing and went above and beyond to answer our questions. Kim is amazing!

An amazing experience! Robert Whatley was the jeweler who repaired my great grandmothers ring from the 1930s and he did an amazing job! Yes, the process takes a long time but I promise it's worth it. You won't find more detail oriented, friendly, and kind people to trust with your priceless heirlooms.
