my first time going to Leigh’s and, based on my experience in cosmetics, I may never go back. The guy working in that department told me they didn’t carry the product I wanted and he thought it had been discontinued. He also bashed the retailer where I said I had purchased it recently. I looked up the product on the manufacturer’s website and it certainly has not been discontinued. Leigh’s, you need to provide better product knowledge and customer service training for your employees. Bashing the competition is not a good look

I honestly do not like to shop for clothes, but at Leigh’s it’s a great experience and stylist Jen makes it fun. She helps me put outfits together and I just try them on. It’s the best way to shop and I always feel good knowing what to wear together! Thanks Jen and Leigh’s for making it easy! ❤️

I discovered Leigh's on Instagram. I'm an ad exec. and run a small consulting business in Chicago, so keeping up on the latest trends — let alone shopping — can be hard to fit into my busy schedule. Luckily Leigh's rep. Jen Dockery has made it very easy to find staple pieces for my closet, and branch out of my comfort zone by suggesting cutting edge designers.

We've been conducting the styling online and through shipments, with Jen suggesting items and me sending her photographs for her feedback on the outfits she's put together. I'm always so impressed with her brand and industry knowledge, yet she never makes me feel intimidated. Jen's always been informative and encouraging, and the looks she's put together for me have helped with my overall happiness and self-esteem.

After a year and a half of doing business with Jen remotely, I decided I needed to see Leigh's in real life. I recently scheduled some business meetings in the Grand Rapids area so I could make a special visit to Leigh's, meet Jen and see where all the inspiration and styling magic dwells.

Being in the store was an absolute delight, and I was so thrilled to finally meet Jen in person, along with her devoted team. Everyone made me feel welcome and we joked that I was "a stan" for Leigh's. And it's true.

I can't recommend this store — and its hardworking, personable, reliable, innovative associates enough.

If you want to get quality clothing that is going to be classy and classic, then Leigh’s is the place to shop. The selection is great, and they always have a wide variety of casual clothing as well as evening attire. You never have to worry about showing up somewhere and having the same outfit on as another woman because they don’t carry more than a limited quantity of each garment. They also have great accessories. I like the location of Leigh’s because of the amount of parking and the convenience of its proximity to others places I like to shop. The staff is always friendly and they are always getting new items in. If you haven’t stopped by in awhile you should definitely check out their vast amount of items. You’ll be pleasantly surprised!

Yeah, didn’t love this place. I really like shopping at Anthropologie and madewell in this area. I had always heard good things about Leigh’s so decided to try it for an outfit for an upcoming event. It’s Michigan winter, so I went in with my big snow boots and bundled up in my jacket with comfy weekend jeans. Immediately when walking in an employee greeted me with the most uncomfortable hello as she looked me up and down with a super judgmental face. The person who helped me try on clothes was so cold and unfriendly. It was one of the most uncomfortable shopping sessions I’ve ever had. I ended up just snapping photos of the things I liked and bought them straight from the designer’s sites online because it was the same price.

Beyond the bad experience with the staff, the clothes weren’t bad. The selection is definitely more geared towards mature women it seemed but I really liked the fit of a few things.

I was just in today for some alterations and left with so many beautiful pieces. Allison was helping out my mother and I, and we had such an amazing day!! Would definitely recommend asking for Allison if you are new to Leigh’s!! We were also there yesterday, and were being helped by Judy, she was also amazing!!

I had heard good things about Leigh’s but never been to the store until recently, as I do not live in Grand Rapids. It only took one visit to become a customer. Even as an out of town client, they do a superb job of reaching out about sales or items I would like. My stylist has gotten to know me and my style and now I’m hooked! It’s a unique shopping experience in this day and age. Thank you for keeping customer service alive!

I am super impressed by this store! First are they on the higher end of the price point yes, but you are getting clothes from the runways of the world here in little old GR! Secondly, I don't always dress like I can shop in these types of stores and sometimes I get treated like scene from pretty woman, but NOT at Leigh's the staff engaged with me the moment I walked in making me feel welcomed! Outstanding customer doesn't stop once you have made your purchase nope the owner of the store called me personally to thank me for visiting her store and wanted to make sure all was good with my selection! I then received a letter within the same week thanking me for being a customer with a follow up offer! They truly have customer service on point!
