Since I haven't received the product, I don't want to do a final review. I think La-Z-Boy is expensive and you don't get the final numbers until it's time to close the deal. Also, their covering selection is very limited unless you want to pay more. Customer Service is good and they do offer some features that are hard to find with other stores - that is why I decided to buy from them. I will update this review when I receive the product.

Stopped in to see Brandi who I had purchased living room furniture from before as I was looking for 3 bar stools for my kitchen counter. We talked about what my likes & dislikes were. I left to think more about what I wanted. Brandi called me a couple of days later and I told her what I wanted had changed and why. I then sent her pictures of the counter area. A few days later I went back to the store and came up with another idea of what I wanted and Brandi brought up a drawing of the stools that I wanted. I left the store after placing an order for my 3 stools. I highly recommend working with Brandi if possible.

We had the most pleasant experience at Lazy Boy! Aaron, who helped us, was so friendly and helpful. He also mentioned the free consultation we could get from a professional decorator. We chose to do this and were not disappointed. Catie was so easy to talk to as we expressed our needs, and her professional advice was very helpful. We would recommend this store. Not only do they have quality pieces, but friendly, helpful sales staff who are interested in helping you find just what works for your home.

Walked in and was immediately assisted by Brandi L in selecting not only the perfect couch customized for my taste, but also received design assistance to select coordinating chairs, matching fabrics and custom pillows. I first delt with Karen and she was very helpful. When I just wanted to look for myself she backed off and we really appreciated that. Went back a few days later and Karen was off so we delt with Brandy (think that was her name) she was kind of pushy and talked too much, but we knew what we wanted so we bought it.
Love the chair, it was delivered on time, and the delivery man showed me how everything worked. I would definitely go to that store again.
