I recently visited the La-Z-Boy store in Montgomery on a Saturday, and I have to say, my experience was incredibly disappointing. After spending over $4000, I expected a smooth and pleasant transaction, but that was far from the case.

The sales associate took over an hour to process my sale, and we encountered numerous issues along the way. He had to run my card three times for different amounts because he kept entering the information incorrectly. Initially, we were told that we could take the chair home that day, but once we completed the payment, we were informed that he had forgotten to mention they couldn't install the swivel mechanism that day.

Throughout the process, the associate kept messing up our order, leaving out items we specifically requested and charging us incorrect amounts. After all that confusion, we ended up with a bizarre -$4 balance, which was just the cherry on top of this frustrating experience. To make matters worse, once we were finally ready to leave, he called us to come back to the store to sign the receipt because he had forgotten to get us to sign it.

I sincerely hope the chairs are better than the customer service we received. It was a long and frustrating ordeal that overshadowed what should have been an exciting purchase. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you're seeking a hassle-free shopping experience.

After deciding to replace three existing La-Z-Boy furniture items, we chose to replace them with similar La-Z--Boy items since we had had a good experience with their products. The sales associate was extremely helpful in putting our order together and helping us make some final decisions. We are looking forward to our new furniture.

My wife wanted a lazy boy for her mother's day/anniversary gift. Yes our 42nd anniversary was May 12th 2024. So after visiting a few places we ended up at Lazy Boy home furnishing. We were greeted promptly and shown about the place for a recliner. My wife picked out this one in the photo and she likes it very much. Thank you for the great service and selection to pick through. I'll keep you in mind for Father's Day!

My wife and I were in the Montgomery, AL store today to look at powered lift recliners. We were in the store looking for an hour and no one even acknowledged our existence. On person was helping a customer and another was sitting at a desk and was complaining loudly about all manner or things from Hip Hop music to the low quality of todays automobiles. I am assuming he was an employee but he offered no assistance to us. I would no return to this location for anything in the future.
